I traveled with my husband, we were in two different suites, the 3rd floor is wonderful, wide, good bed, clean towels, a captivating balcony, the second floor, Lords' suite, 3rd floor, tasty linens, clean towels. But I didn't like the bathroom, the box was very small, it wasn't good to take a couple bath, it had a bathroom, and I had no children, the glass was black and the print of dirt, that's the negative points. The restaurant's service team is a sensational fineness, the chef who has prepared the romantic dinner was very delicate and prepared a meal with a perfect taste! All are congratulated. Negative points: the signal to reach the reception could be better, and as we arrived at night we had difficulty to find it and we ended up standing far. Room bathroom with private bathrooms a little loose, installation of canoes and apparent channels, open lighting without the cap. A painting with epoxy in the entire bathroom would bring a more pleasant look. In the restaurant, it is a pity not to serve pizza just weekends (on the road has a Lesiramat Pizzas and Vins plate, it has created an expectation). I suggest to remove the plate and put this observation of availability in the cardboard. The mass with shrimp is the delicious, but shrimps were not clean. The jacuzzi area is a cool, we stayed about 30 minutes waiting for the hot water (as planned for use, they could have prepared it to not wait). Jacuzzi was with the open motor cap, the vision was bad, the positive points: the location and common areas are incredible, extremely educated and performing staff. Breakfast, food and drinks, and very tasty, wide and very nice, and a variety of places to relax and enjoy the view. The room was very comfortable and the room was very smart, so we could watch films in our streams. If you want a place to relax, that's the place. I stayed a day for the celebration of 7 years of wedding, I received good recommendations from the site, I went with great expectations, which unfortunately were frustrated, we were very well received, but the room left unwanted. We were sent to Camelia suite. Although it has a good hydromassage and a good house, the suite counts as a window only a very small bascula. I felt in a cave. I was waiting for a smelling room and better served as amenities. The TV was not smart, cable TV was hard to understand and there was no way to make program consultations. We would like to relax in the afternoon and see a movie and it was very hard. The night, after the bath to dinner, I tried to dry my hair, but the take was not compatible with the dryer, and even after receiving the adapter, the dryer did not work for more than 10 seconds. We were also welcomed in the restaurant, the food was excellent, but I just leave the tables as a recommendation. We asked for tickets and covers, and when the main dish arrived, the dish of what we had finished was not removed and we were fully packed. The high point for us was breakfast. We can make orders from the kitchen directly on the table, we ask the torrada Petrópolis and Omelete, very tasty and well presented, not a bad hotel. I don't know if my experience was atypical, but in general I thought it was expensive for what it offers.

Reservamos o flat M31 ( prédio Mangabeira e Manacá) no Condomínio Granja Brasil, pelo AIRBNB e estivemos hospedados lá entre os dia 08/12 e 11/12/2023. Fomos eu, meu marido e nosso filho de 16 anos. Fomos para Itaipava nesse período para acompanhar o nosso filho que foi fazer uma prova lá. Pois bem, o Condomínio Granja Brasil é enorme, pois conta com 23 torres de apartamentos, com mais ou menos 300 apartamentos cada uma, salvo engano, e já estão em construção mais duas torres. Ele fica situado no início do centro comercial de Itaipava, na Estrada União Indústria, 9.153 (principal rua de Itaipava). Todos conhecem este Condomínio e o elogiam. Sua localização é boa, perto de padarias e diversas lojas, mas um pouquinho distante dos principais restaurantes e lojas, se quisermos percorrer esta distância a pé. De carro, levará menos de 10 minutos, caso a rua não esteja engarrafada, o que não é difícil neste período do ano ou quando tem algum evento na cidade. O Condomínio conta com restaurantes, cafeteria, piscinas, quadra de tênis, trilha e outros. Normalmente, quem se hospeda lá tem direito a usufruir desses locais. Todos lindos e elegantes . Só frequentamos a cafeteria Chez Bombom, que tem uma torta de morango com chantily ótima. O Condomínio é muito arborizado, com muitos jardins floridos, tudo bem cuidado e organizado. Tem segurança com várias guaritas, cada prédio tem a sua recepção e todo os staff é muito atencioso e solícito. Apesar de tantos prédios, não nos sentimos oprimidos. Eles são bens distribuídos ao longo do terreno, que é enorme. O Flat M31 é bem próximo dos restaurantes do Condomínio, fica no primeiro andar do prédio Mangabeira, e tem dois acessos, um pela garagem e outro pela entrada social, com elevador e escada. Perfeito para carregar/descarregar o carro. Este flat não é novíssimo, mas nos atendeu muito bem. O M31 tem 2 televisores, armários, frigobar, cooktop elétrico com duas bocas, cafeteira, pia, bancada para pequena para refeições, uma boa cama de casal box separada da sala por porta de correr e na parte da sala possui sofá cama, onde meu filho dormiu. Ele é alugado com enxoval completo, que estava em bom estado e limpíssimo. O ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Ótimo banheiro, com uma ducha sensacional. Água quente e fria na torneira da pia . O único ponto negativo foi a vista da janela do flat. Não podíamos abrir a janela, pois uma das torres que está sendo construída é exatamente em frente ao prédio mangabeira, exigindo que as persianas ficassem fechadas. Futuramente, a vista da janela será o frente do outro prédio, mas um bonito prédio, pelo menos. rrsrs. Informação importantíssima: eles aceitam pets. Levamos o nosso, de porte médio, sem maiores exigências, só que não o deixasse sozinho no apartamento. Justo. Voltaríamos lá, com certeza. Todavia, sabendo que existem inúmeros flats para temporada lá, talvez procurasse um apt. mais bonito ainda e mais em conta. É isso. Espero ter ajudado.

The pool could be cleaner mainly at the end of the afternoon, I myself passed the rhine to take several dirts out of the water.
