Limpeza impecável. Localização no centro de Itaipava. Com estacionamento. Indico pois foi uma grata surpresa para mim. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades de opções à mesa. Piscina bem pequena e nao comporta todos os hóspedes...mas nada que faça o local deixar de ser elogiado.

Gostei do hotel pela sua funcionalidade. Um café da manhã com variedades, um atendimento muito bom, o quarto espaçoso e limpo, a localização também ajudou bastante em conhecer a cidade. Não usamos a sauna. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. No geral, recomendo a hospedagem, muito bom.

Me hospedei neste hotel este FDS, e não gostei da experiência. até chegar no hotel, tive mt dificuldade p/ encontrar, não existe nenhuma placa indicando a entrada c/ o nome do mesmo. Café da manhã, bem ruim, produtos frios e duros. A louça estava molhada, copos ainda c/ água dentro. 🤦🏻♀️ Um horror. E quando fui perguntar p/ funcionária se tinha + pão francês, ela bem mal educada, me disse q não tinha, pois o café começou cedo. Não importa a hora q começou, se fui informada q ia até as 11 h, tinha que ter os itens básicos p/ servir os hóspedes até as 11 horas. as 2 funcionárias q estavam hj no café, eram bem mal educadas. Precisam ser treinadas pra atender bem o cliente. Já os funcionários da recepção são muito educados e solícitos. O hotel precisa melhorar muito no quesito limpeza! Sua localização é maravilhosa, e ainda tem estacionamento p/carro sem custo. Roupas de cama são limpas e cheirosas! + tem q melhorar na limpeza! A Varanda estava imunda.

O hotel tem localização excelente, a melhor possível se vc quiser ficar próximo do centrinho de Itaipava, que era nosso caso. Dá para ir a pé a qualquer dos principais restaurantes do local. Trata-se de hotel com excelente custo/benefício. Atende ao que se propõe. Os quartos são espaçosos, a limpeza é perfeita, o arcondicionado novo e gelando e o atendimento ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom para o padrão. Não é sofisticado nem charmoso. É funcional, mas com ótima qualidade. Estacionamento no local sem custo.

A Keila e a Beatriz são maravilhosas! Solicitas e prestativas, nos atenderam bem o tempo todo e se esforçaram ao máximo para que nossa família se sentisse confortável e bem acomodada. Os quartos são bastante confortáveis também e os banheiros são muito bons.

O hotel dispõe de uma estrutura muito boa, com higienização dos seus ambientes impecáveis, roupas de cama limpinhas, funcionários muito prestativos e extremamente educados. O ponto alto realmente é a sua localização! Fica bem no centro de Itaipava e não precisamos tirar o carro do estacionamento para nada! Com relação ao CAFÉ DA MANHÃ tenho uma ressalva a fazer: O CAFÉ que é servido aos hóspedes é de CAFETEIRA COMERCIAL (máquina) e não coado de forma tradicional, o que tornou o sabor desagradável (Horrível)! Acho que poderiam manter a máquina, mas também deveriam manter uma CAFETEIRA TRADICIONAL. Também percebi uma DEMORA muito grande na reposição dos itens que compunham a mesa do café, como por exemplo, Ovos Mexidos, Salsichas e queijos. O BOLO de BANANA estava DURO e quebrava ao serem cortados. Outra coisa que também observamos no serve quarto foi quando pedimos duas TAÇAS DE VINHO e, para nossa decepção, trouxeram duas Taças de PLÁSTICO de 1,99. No mais, foi tudo perfeito! Portanto fica a sugestão ao Hotel que CORRIJAM esses pequenos e significativos detalhes!!!!!
