Our experience with the hotel was terrible because we arrived at the hotel and spent about 40 minutes to check in, we left our luggage at the hotel and went to the festival, when we arrived at night there was no water to brush our teeth, we had to buy mineral water to brushing, at around 8pm we went to reception to see the forecast for when the water would return, they said it would return in 30 to 40 minutes. Finally, we left this morning, still without water at the hotel, to go take a shower at home.

Tivemos um pequeno problema no quarto em que ficamos pois o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e só descobrimos isso a noite, porém os funcionários rapidamente nos realocaram para outro quarto, o hotel fica bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Petrópolis, café da manhã muito bom, recomendo a estadia lá
