Средне! Из плюсов локация достаточно удобная , рядом добротные кафе (RANTA, НЕРКА и другие ), просторные номера , чистое белье, в ванной имеются принадлежности (Шампунь, гель, кондиционер, зубная щетка /паста , набор полотенец, одноразовые тапочки, фен), в прихожей большой шкаф , холодильник, заселили раньше 14 часов . Минусы: В номере отсутствует ПОЛОТЕНЦЕСУШИТЕЛЬ, и это просто минус бал, владельцы заведения - это не нормально , что в номере нет такого элементарного предмета. Отсутствуют шторы, их просто нет , как результат светло , спасает , как в моем случае только железная стена соседнего дома. При заселении , в холодильнике лежали вскрытые мясные снеки от предыдущих гостей , с соответствующими запахами в холодильнике. Завтраки , тоже , какое то недоразумение , сырная и рыбная тарелка - это по два кусочка сыра и слайса рыбы , выбор из одного и того же , кофе по 300 рублей ..?! Вообще не понимаю хвалебные отзывы в этой части , это не завтрак. Отель расположен на оживленной дороге (ул. Топоркова), транспорт там летает очень быстро , тротуары пыльные и узкие, кругом все в ямах (это конечно вопрос к властям) , но это минус. На окнах отсутствуют москитные сетки. Звукоизоляция внутри отеля слабая , слышно все , что делает сосед. Вообщем итог , для Камчатки нормальный отель , повторно врятли возьму здесь номер , только если иных вариантов не будет …

Проживаю в данном отеле с 3 сентября. В отеле отсутствует горячее водоснабжение. В каждом номере есть небольшие бойлеры. Так как они небольшие по объёму, то Воды хватает не надолго и принять полноценный душ или помыть голову не представляется возможным. Приходится домываться в холодной воде. По этой причине я уже простужена. Кроме завтрака в отеле поесть нельзя. Кофемашина не работает на протяжении всего времени проживания. Полотенца в номерах более низкого уровня плохо просушивают и по этой причине они дурно пахнут. Лифт не работает. Соседей слышно великолепно, что говорит о плохой звукоизоляции. С багажом по лестнице не помогают. За 13.500 рублей в сутки это неприемлемый отель. Персонал спорит, что отель и сервис хорошие.
