The hotel is a Soviet-era building. The lobby is spacious but the room is too small. The service attitude is very good and it is very convenient to go out.

The hotel is a government guesthouse, and there is no service! There is no kettle in the room, especially for Chinese tourists. Some of the waitresses at the front desk are like those in Liu Xiaoqing's movies, with bad attitudes. It feels the same as going to Russia 30 years ago. Это дно, позор всего Камчатского края в центре города. Со входа вас встретит запах от немытых людей, так как вход хостел тут же в холле. В номере простыня с дырками, в ванной плесень, слышимость в ванной с другого номера, как будто рядом стоишь с ними, когда они говорят. Номера даже после ремонта выражают полное разочарование, площадь маленькая. Масса строительных недоделок и неисправностей. Снег на крыльце не чистился. Особого внимания заслужил завтрак, никакого шведского стола, вынесли манную кашу, блинчики со сметаной, яичницу с самыми отвратительными сосисками. Цена при этом 6300 рублей, как в хорошем отеле. За такие деньги есть отель рядом с администрацией, где все шикарно. Еще туалетная бумага, через нее можно смотреть, толщина самая минимальная, сразу видно менеджмент высокого уровня управляет отелем. Один плюс адекватный персонал на рецепшене и на входе в кафе на завтрак. Люк в ванной вываливается. Вай фай это нечто, мало того что его нет, так как сигнал никакой, так еще надо какие то пароли на каждое устройство вводить. Печально, что из за таких отелей у гостей складывается общее негативное впечатление о крае. Почему администрация не ведет работу по контролю уровня оказываемых услуг отелями.
