Everything was great, but there are no hangers and a closet to hang jackets, so that's one small minus.

Very clean room. Very neat and tidy We arrived in the evening when the kitchen was closed but the guy from reception was very nice and The chef made us a very tasty meal. No air conditioner. We had a fan. Good water pressure. The bed was heavenly.

Clean hotel with good service. Restaurant’s food was tasty. Location is not a problem for people with car. If you want a good rest, this is a hotel for you. We were going for shopping in Parndorf Designer Outlet and it was 20 minutes with car. Thank you!

this hotel is my no.1 choice whenever I am around Parndorf. I love the food here, especially the Schnitzel and the deserts, the sleep quality is the best. Breakfast is same as 4-5 stars hotels. I will gladly continue to stay here whenever I will need.

Good points The bed is very comfortable Not so good 1 no hanging space for clothes lived out of suitcase 2 no hot water for shower 3 blocked wash basin 4 rude bar staff 5 vending machine does not work need assistance from staff who refused help making a purchase 6 lift has mind of its own , scary think you'll be trapped when selecting to go up, it will stop and descend to basement, Would I stay here again ...... NO

Great bedding, clean and good location. Highly recommended. Impressive, attractive stone chapel adjacent to grounds. Short drive to Vienna. Set in small, attractive village amidst farmlands. A short walk from the village church and businesses.

The man at reception was without doubt the rudest person I have ever met. It’s sad because in other ways, room, cleanliness, breakfast, the hotel was good, but he absolutely spoiled it for us. From other reviews, we’re not the 1st to have met him

Rude and unfriendly service at check in. The hotel was fine in every other respect but having worked in tourism for over 40 years I can honestly say this was the rudest service I have ever experienced. The hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived but we showed the man who came out of the kitchen our papers. He couldn’t have cared less. Disappeared off. Came back with his lunch. When we pointed at our luggage to indicate the tour operator knew we were supposed to be there he replied ‘that’s nice’ in the most sarcastic way. When we asked where to put our bikes he marched outside and pointed down the street. It could have been in the Roman museum for all I could tell. This man is no doubt the Basil Fawlty of the Austrian hotel industry. But not in a good way!
