The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly!
This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas.
In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance.
And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

It's perfect. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Jordan. The waiters are very nice. Even though I arrived late for breakfast, I was still very willing to serve. When the temperature was low outside at night, they offered to provide coats to keep warm, which was very considerate. The Petra scenic spot and hot air balloons can be seen from the room window, and pigeons will fly to the window sill to wake up in the morning.

Excellent rooms, great food and quick service. They have few staff members from India - Punjab and Rajasthan who mingled well with our group. Located near the canyons which makes for a great sight especially early in the morning. Rooms are very spacious and food was amazing.

The best hotel in Petra! With my boyfriend we stayed 1 night and everything was amazing, the Junior Suite, the breakfast, the staff and the view. The staff is very welcomed, with smile and always available. The breakfast has a large variety of food, local and international. The bed was so comfortable and the room very clean. I highly recommend!

A very clean and beautiful hotel with large rooms. Valet service, drop off your keys and they move everything from your car to the room upon arrival. Super friendly staff. Very extensive breakfast, excellent WiFi. Easy and free parking. Thank you to Khaled for our romantic dinner and the good care during our stay, don't hesitate if you go to Petra, this is the hotel you must have.
