We loved the location. Super friendly staff, Sam. Would recommend that you bring snacks, as food is limited. The perfect place to unwind after Petra.

The camp is very new, the environment is very good, the air is first-class, all the staff are very kind and friendly and help me to go to the attractions. It is more distinctive than staying in a hotel. The only thing you need to do is to use hot water for showering. You need to ask the front desk first. In addition, you can only supply electricity after 7 pm, but I like simple life, and I think it is very good👍

This place is fabulous! 30minutes from historical Petra site. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Hot shower, great bed and heavy blankets. The social area has a great fireplace and spectacular sunset views. We came with 13 Americans and everyone loved it. Food is great and the owner and attendants got out of their way to help.

The facilities were very limited for a camp welcoming tourists and with quite a high price. We didn't expect this when we saw the rather positive reviews and ratings... - When we arrived at check-in time, it seemed that our rooms were not ready and when we entered them, they were not clean at all (traces of excrement in the toilets, the shower drain was blocked, etc.). - Then it was mentioned to us only at the arrival that the electricity is available only from 6 am to 8 am and then from 6pm to 12am. We can wash only in the evening and we have to ask (sometimes several times) to have hot water. This information should be absolutely present in the description of the hotel or at the time of the reservation. Even if this is due to the fact that the camp is far away, it is still the least an hotel can offer for the price paid. - Although the camp is on a hill and it was December, it was also much too cold and the rooms were not well insulated for that. We could see and feel the wind passing through the fabric of the walls. We had made camps in the desert before, where the temperature were the same, and that was still well insulated from the cold so that proves that the rooms in this camp are not at all adapted for that. Moreover, there is no point in taking the AC to warm up (a paying service) since the electricity cuts off at midnight and the cold comes in from everywhere in the room. - The meal is not excellent and expensive (15 JOD). - The road to arrive at the camp is rocky. It would have been nice to have the information to know if our car could access it or not.

When I chose this accommodation I wanted to stay 2 nights in a local accommodation where we could enjoy the beauty of the place because I had seen good comments on You Tube, but it wasn't like that. I wanted to stay 2 nights in a local accommodation where we could enjoy the beauty of the place because I had seen good comments on You Tube, but it wasn't like that. For the reservation I discussed on Instagram where I asked for the price for accommodation with half board but I did not ask for details of the accommodation and dinner conditions, which I thought was like, what I had in Wadi Rum and which is present to you in all posts on You Tube. The location is located 20 km from Petra and you have to walk 2 km from the main road on a path that is very dangerous at night. When I arrived at the accommodation I was surprised when I found that our tent was not equipped with AC to have heat during the mopti because in those days of March 2022 when I was the temperature dropped during the night almost 0 degrees and the wind was blowing in gusts of 80 km / h and hot water they told us that we only had 1 hour in the morning, an aspect that I told the manager that they did not write in the booking confirmation. So we asked for a tent with AC and they told us they could only give us one night. The disappointment was even greater at dinner when we found that the time for the meal is not respected because we had to get to Petra by Night and its content was trivial and not enough for everyone. In total we were - 4 people plus another couple from Germany a total of 6 people. When we returned from Petra by Night we were moved to a tent with AC but we found the lack of hot water, we asked to have hot water and the person in charge of maintaining the field told us that these are the accommodation codes. Eventually they gave us 1/2 hour of hot water BUT after that the ELECTRICITY was turned off and we had to sleep in the cold all night, our luck was that we still had an extra blanket in the room. Another disappointment in the morning, no hot water and no electricity and when I contacted the manager he didn't answer, it was Friday, and Friday is their day off. It all culminated in breakfast which, like dinner, was 1 hour late and I found it to be very poor and insufficient for the 6 people. So after breakfast I decided to leave here but the person in charge of the field did not know anything about the price and told me that he could not talk to the manager because it is a day off. I showed him where I was talking for the price and he agreed to leave after I paid for one night. My opinion is that before booking this accommodation ask for details of the accommodation and dinner because you may have a very unpleasant stay. I understand that all the bankruptcies - water, electricity are an effort for them to be brought to this place but it must be said before, DO NOT wake up at 10 pm when you return after a day of visiting Petra full of dust because you can not

I went to this place with my mother and my brother and our experience was very pleasant. The staff takes great care of us and the tents were very clean and quite spacious. The most appreciated is the view, this place is definitely not for people who just want to relax and be near the tourist center. In this place you are very close to nature without too many people and quiet. Your are at 15 minutes to Petra only 😉 I recommend this place
