They lane to be a 4 star hotel. Wow, AC inoperable, no amenities in the bathroom except for a shower cap. Staff is very attentive. Place is very clean, but at least my room was cramped. My work area was taken by a huge coffee machine, when I was able to move it, it was then covering the full view of tv screen. Security safe is not bolted down, just pick it up and gone. Conveniently located, less than 10 minutes walk from the gate to Petra.

We had an absolute perfect stay. A room with a gorgeous view of Petra, accross the street from the entrance to the archeological site and the free entry museum, an staff that is a treasure, great buffet for breakfast...perfect...all perfect

What a perfect hotel to explore Petra .Rooms were huge clean and modern .My reservation was made directly with the hotel and they allocated 2 gorgeous rooms for my family .Lovely view of Petra with a short walk to the entrance .Priceless .Breakfast were so accommodating .After a language barrier confusion my daughters order off poached eggs was delivered with kindness and effort .Such great value and I hope that tourists will return soon

Walking distance from Petra visitor center. Lovely hotel with delicious breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and gorgeous view. Excellent value. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Belan, our breakfast server, was attentive and helpful.

New hotel at a great location right across from the entrance to Petra. Good size room and very comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is good and everyone is willing to help. Ahmed at the restaurant is especially attentive to all the guests.

Everything great Ahmad was fantastic in dining area Would highly recommend this facility to anyone traveling to Petra All staff and amenities are first class Rooms are very nice and clean Easy to get your luggage Meals are buffet style and great choices

Ahmad was attentive, kind, informative about the culture. I appreciated him very much. Food was delicious! I love the rooms! So clean and complete with amenities! Can’t wait for the rest of my trip. I know we will be well taken care of! Best trip of my life!
