Great location within walking distance of Petra. You can see the entrance from the front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The roof top area has spectacular views. The buffet had a good selection of choices for all types of diets. We would stay here again.

A group of 29 friends traveled to Petra and we had the pleasure of staying at the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were large and very clean. Loved the logo thick towels. Dinner and breakfasts were yummy and great of variety of food. Mamom was extremely helpful proving all the services for our group. 5 minute walk to Petra site.

Petra Moon Luxury Hotel was a wonderful stay. The food (especually breakfast) was deliscious and the sraff incredibly attentive. The room was large (I didn't have a view, but rooftop made up for it) and clean. Mamon at reception was very welcoming. When I again visit Petra (and everyone should) I will definetely try to stay here (easy walk to the site).

Location: steps from the entrance from Petra. Facilities: brand new top of the line modern place. Pool/Hot tub: outstanding after a long day hiking in the park. Breakfast: 630-1030 perfect spread and hour for visiting Petra. Service: five star Mamon at the front desk especially!

Excellent, newly appointed hotel directly across the street from the Petra Visitor center. Mason at the front desk was extremely helpful while we stayed. Couldn't recommend more if you're looking for conveniently located, top notch accommodations.

A lovely hotel just 5min from entrance to Petra. The staff were amazing catered for our every need especially 2x Ismail & Mohammed KH, food was delicious. Our room was spacious, comfortable with a lovely view. Thank you to the porter sorry didn’t get his name who was very helpful too.Mamon and all the staff

@Trip Advisor - If you are listening, this is by far the best hotel in Petra. I was on a 3-week trip to Jordan, and that being 1-week in Petra with a 5-year-old, 3-year-old, and a 4-month old. My wife and I area so pleased, and happy with the courtesy, the attentiveness, and care this hotel staff has shown to our family. From the breakfast, all the way to the dinner If you are looking for a relaxed stay- especially in Petra, look to this hotel; As a matter of fact - In my opinion for the many years I've visited Jordan - it is the best. Ibrahim, Isma'il, Abdur-Rahman, Ahmad you guys were awesome!

This hotel was a perfect location to visit Petra as it is literally across the street. You should go to Petra very very early to avoid the crowds and they have valet parking here for your rental car if you have one on your trip so you don’t have to waste time in the morning to drive here and park in the public parking so you can sleep a little longer. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi have beautiful Mountain Views which is perfect to relax after a long day visiting Petra. The rooms are very modern with a large bathroom. The breakfast has a ton of selection and an omelet and pancake station. Very delicious! The staff are some of the friendliest we’ve experienced Jordan. Don’t hesitate to book this convenient and modern hotel for your holiday!
