My only complaint would be that your housekeeping staff needs to do a little better at keeping the hallways swept and trash removed from stairways

room was clean, no tub.. which was disappointing.. Pool was cold and hot tub was warm and the jets didn't work.

Our room smelled like fried salty food the moment we walked in, the carpet was filthy and the door to the balcony was broke and wouldn’t lock.

The young gentleman that took care of the dining area . This young man had the tables clean and the food hot and ready for an army . Thank you for your hard work and service .

Needs updating terribly, carpet, flooring, bathrooms and furniture. Back door was unlocked throughout our 2 day stay. When advising front desk, they stated maintenance was aware of the problem. Lock was never fixed.

The people at the desk were both caring and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. We appeciated the microwave and refrigerator. The hallways were old and the carpets needed some desperate cleaning, bu it appeared they were updating the rooms first, which seems like a great option to me. The breakfast options were great. We enjoyed the cheese omelet, biscuits and gravy, wafle, boiled egg and yogurt. There was decaffeinated coffee which is a bonus we don't always see. Thw pool area is very nice. My only big disappointment was the hot tub. It is need of repair but on top of that it had an awful dirt/stain line and had a bunch of sand in the bottom. I fully appreciate a hot tub 1 so am hoping a repair and cleaning are on r agenda.

The only thing that was good about this stay was the front desk personnel, he was prompt with his greeting and was clearly way to busy for one person, even while extremely over tasked he kept a friendly and cordial attitude. That is where the good service stopped. After going up to our room, our room key failed to work so we went back down to the desk where he apologized and got us a new room key. Then after entering our room, at first glance the room appeared clean. However we could not locate a remote for the T.V. so we looked behind the dressers, bedside tables and desk, in doing so we noticed a ton of trash behind them all, balls of hair behind the bedside tables and still no remote to be seen. After still being unable to locate the remote we called the desk and told him, he said he'd be right up, 20 minutes later we had yet to hear from him so I returned to the desk and got the remote, that still did not work so he brought another one up that also did not work. He had me download the Roku remote app on my phone to control the T.V. which made you watch a 30 second add to even turn the T.V. volume up or down. We just went to bed. Woke up at 8 and went to breakfast where we found another hotel staff running around over tasked and the dining area was destroyed. She was doing everything she could but could not keep up. We chose to leave for breakfast. When leaving there were multiple overflowing trash cans in the parking lot next to my car with caution tape around them.

The door in the back of building was unlocked the entire time we were there, I reported it 4 times. I feel this is a safety issue. We also felt the breakfasts was stale food. Coffee wasn’t good either. We will not go here again Ruth Helms

The property was ok but the hotel itself is not the cleanest. The ROOM was very clean but the hallway and area by the pool was not . The tables in the dining area were dirty and sticky; There was only one staff on at checkin and it took us 20 minutes to get checked in as he was alone and trying to get other guests checked in as well, NOT his fault. Just understaffed
