It is a small hotel that overlooks Little Traverse Bay. The views are amazing and the rooms are beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. It is truly a hidden gem

The property made it appear on Expedia’s app that we were booking a much nicer property and room than what actually really existed and was provided to us upon arrival! Very dishonest in my opinion!

Ok overall for the price & availability
Positives: check-in, clean space, hot tub, view, location, price.
Drawbacks:
1. no “separate sitting area” as advertised in double queen suite unless you count the office chair at the desk in front of the bed (I expected a sofa).
2. Shower’s pressure was very low which made for longer, unenjoyable showers.
3. No onsite breakfast (we knew this in advance, but it’s worth noting particularly on Mondays when most businesses in Petoskey are closed)

Don’t stay in the “studio” room, especially if you’re arriving late. The check instructions are incredibly vague, describing the studio as somewhere “behind the house.” When you get to the hotel parking lot, there aren’t any signs or information on how to get to the studio. Although you can see the house to the left, the walking paths from the parking lot all lead directly to porches of rooms that are occupied. It wasn’t until calling their help number (that goes to a remote employee who has never seen the property) that I was told there’s a complete separate driveway down the road to access the studio. That would have been nice to know in the check in instructions before I walked all over the property in 10 inches of snow and 5 degree temperatures to try and find it at 11pm!

Room was very clean and updated, bed was comfortable, and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Stayed for one night. Flew my plane into Harbor Springs for a ski trip. Very pleased with our stay. Lower cost but still a very nice and clean room. The bedsheets were definitely more comfortable and higher quality than other standard hotel bedsheets. Other reviews had complained about excessive noise and the rooms being loud, but we had no issues at all. We were also allowed a slightly later checkout. Definitely recommend!

Beautifully decorated and spacious. Comfortable for 6 adults. Hot tub was ready to go @ 103 degrees. Fireplace was great. Guest relations were helpful and responsive. They had everything we needed. Toilet paper holders didn’t work the dishwasher needs to be fastened to the countertop and the soap dispenser is broke. The window in the living room doesn’t close so drafty. Front bedroom could use a space heater
