Petersfield

The room was musty because the windows don't open and the bathroom fan is weak. There is not enough storage so we had to live out of two suitcases and as we were also playing golf it became crowded. The shower is weak. The main pluses are the bed comfort and black out curtains so we slept well.

Very efficient hotel in good location all staff are friendly and approachable especially dawn who went out of her way to help would definitely recommend The rooms are clean , it is quiet and has a great restaurant on the side for breakfast lunch and evening meals

hotel was very nice for the money, staff very helpful, breakfast as standard. the only issue was the beefeater attached to the hotel, the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday, if your turning up late phone Beefeater for closing times, would advise to bring your on beverages to have in your room.

Stayed in rm 312 was dealt with by reception manager Jay, lovely welcome, clean room, good parking, worth the visit, would go back Side note Jay was lot more helpful then some other Premier inn receptionist which contact can feel quite robotic. Would recommended and great location if visiting local areas and surroundings

What a lovely welcoming Premier Inn. Jay on Reception could not do enough for us when we arrived making the check inn process a breeze. My mistake was corrected in that I did not realise I had booked the room for 1 instead of 2 for our visit to catch up with family. Wife was a bit worried but again Jay made sure this was corrected allying any worry I had having travelled 4 hours to get here. The room is great clean and practical and together with the welcoming staff whom are an asset to premier inn i would 100% recommend this Inn to anyone needing to visit the area.
