My family stayed here as I had been curious as to what this place was like seemsmed pretty decent, however most all staff except 2-3 were terrible, historically absolutely terrible treating all of us horribly. Never received any change of bedding amd we were here total of about close to 3 weeks give or take only changing rooms once with a one night break in between. I scrubbed the customer laundromat it was absolutely not acceptable and did not dry due to build up of old lint. Mini fridge wasn't working amd cost us a ton of money wasting our food. Just poor service and non working appliances.

Breakfast was disappointing, shower rod was falling down and the shower soap was empty. Closet door was so stuck you could hardly open it

Very dirty hotel
The hotel was extremely dirty, room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn holes on the comforter. Would not recommend.

We asked for adjoining rooms and got them! The rooms were well-sized and nicely done. One bathroom had a slow-draining toilet. Breakfast buffet was very well done. People behind desk were pleasant and accommodating. Indoor pool was very welcome after a long day of driving.

Ok Stay!
The front desk staff was friendly but the hotel was old looking and needed repairs. Although my room was clean, it didn’t look or feel fresh.

We liked the property itself, but it is well worn, and in need of freshening up before it falls the wrong side of nice. Housekeeping too, is limited, and could be stepped up. Fingermarks all over the elevator. Pictures askew on the walls, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in days. But the room was nice enough, and the breakfast was fresh. The staff for check-in and for the breakfast were outstanding though, and very friendly and positive.

Overall….. not again
Booked a suite. Very Very small! Definitely an older room. Bed clean. AC stopped working after one night. Had to switch to a 2 bed room and seemed much more current to date and a lot less flaws then first room. Would not
Book again for us. :/
