"Check-in : Fast and seamless
Hotel Room : Clean and well maintained
Staff Response : Fast, courteous, and friendly
Amenities :
It was not the first time we stayed in the hotel but first time under the new brand name. Checking in was fast and efficient. Provided with welcome snacks in the fridge.
Was surprised that the hotel is practising sustainability effort by providing water using glass bottles, which is commendable.
The hotel water wasn't the usual ”scalding” type (at times just warm) even when the level is at the extreme left, perhaps it part of sustainability but we prefer it a tat hotter if possible.
Didn't get to enjoy the rest of the amenities, but the hotel promotions seemed attractive."
"I like the parking space.. private, spacious and free. The room is quite ok for the price but not sound proof. At night can be noisy with people chatting at nearby rooms. The check in and check out process is smooth with the machine but there’s a staff to assist. Definitely will come again. Worth the price"
"A great hotel in PJ area.
Affordable and near many food places
Next to a good cafe too
Room is nice and comfortable
But can be cleaner
Good for work / solo trips
Not much amenities as it’s a business hotel
No spa, no breakfast, super no frills"
"It's really hard to explain. The apartment faces the highway, and even if we live on the 20th floor, it's still very noisy. Noisy from morning till night. The other thing is that, someone downstairs said it, but this should be respected. The room itself is large and the basic facilities are OK. In addition, the check-out time requirement is 10 am."
"It first time experiencing self checking hotel. The instruction given by email is not clear. Just ask you to call them before arriving.
I have never experience such self checking and it will be a good practice if the hotel is to give us specific instruction email and we need to pay deposit online before allow to check in. It took me almost 45 mins to check in. Further to this i was given a room that has not been cleaned and it was a total mess.
Luckily, they managed to change the room for me.
For a traveler who look for ease of checking in and better hospitality service (human interaction instead of over the phone) i will not recommend it. It will be a disaster if the traveler is not tech savvy.
It may has a good and clean facilities and the price is good but i will not recommend it. I will definitely not stay in a self check in hotel ever. It is definitely off my list of hotel to stay."
"It's a homestay. Checking in is a little complicated. Room is clean and tidy. A gas station convenience store is located on Lg4. Take lift to Lg1, then change to car park lift located just to the right of the room lifts' entrance. Go to Lg4 and you'll find it. If you're driving, checking out needs some maneuvering. Drive out using the car park pass provided. Then at the hotel lobby drive back to the car park on Lg1, using TnG, to return the access card and car park pass. 🤗"
"My first time here.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, great scenery from the room, the only setback is the check in and out is quite a hassle.. hafta get in n out the parking to settle the key pickup, which is very troublesome.. but so far evErything about this place is ok.."

AAnonymous UserI would like to sincerely commend Mr. Sinan, Director of Operations, for his outstanding professionalism and hospitality during our recent stay.
There was an issue with our buffet reservation, and although the staff initially offered à la carte alternatives, they were limited to the Chinese or Japanese restaurants — which I had mentioned earlier we weren’t interested in. Despite that, the same options kept being proposed, and my family, including our children, had already been waiting for over 30 minutes.
Mr. Sinan personally stepped in, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took immediate action. He offered us a dining alternative at a different restaurant that had a wider variety of options — including pizza and other kid-friendly meals — which made the kids very happy. On top of that, he graciously provided us with complimentary room upgrades as a replacement for the missed buffet experience.
His attentiveness, swift problem-solving, and genuine care for our comfort turned a frustrating situation into a very positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely return for the outstanding hospitality.
AAnajiaMy husband & I had a great time here! The check in & check out process were smooth and we felt grateful because we got the complimentary cake from the hotel for our wedding anniversary! Such a cute gesture ☺️ (btw I called the hotel a few days earlier to ask them whether we could get a complimentary cake or not)
Breakfast buffet was also good because you got to choose variety of food and not just regular Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak or roti canai but they also served Chinese & Arabic foods for breakfast!
Will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel!

CcheejinExcellent Stay – Great Value for Money!
I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything from the lobby to the room was impressive. One of the biggest pluses was the free parking, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially since we were driving.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with great facilities!

VVincent Lee Hong pingRoom is spacious with all basic facilities. Bed is comfy. Hotel staff are helpful. Check in process is quite smooth. Location is near to shopping mall and easy to locate. Value for money if have discount.
Parking is LPR system but you still need to validate at reception and pay RM 4 per entry. Not convenient for hotel guest that need multiples in and out. Room and facilities are quite old (estimate more than 10 years). Out of three lifts from main lobby to rooms, only one lift is working. Hotel didn't provide towel, only delivered after requested. The link bridge that connected hotel to the mall as well as most of the access already closed, so need to walk quite a distance to the nearby mall (eCurve, IPC, IKEA, The Curve)

JJonathan BlahThe employees name of Al Amin is impolite during breakfast registration counter said that can’t wear hotel provided shoes to enter in dining area, I am understanding but can you talk nicely and smile to us since you are frontliner? I felt uncomfortable the way you shouting to us!
SStevenThooWe had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom.
Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.
