"I had a great stay at this hotel near 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the bathroom—it was strong and made for a refreshing shower experience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!"
"It's really hard to explain. The apartment faces the highway, and even if we live on the 20th floor, it's still very noisy. Noisy from morning till night. The other thing is that, someone downstairs said it, but this should be respected. The room itself is large and the basic facilities are OK. In addition, the check-out time requirement is 10 am."
"The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
Only the security staff can contact the hotel staff to know how to check in through the message."
"It's a homestay. Checking in is a little complicated. Room is clean and tidy. A gas station convenience store is located on Lg4. Take lift to Lg1, then change to car park lift located just to the right of the room lifts' entrance. Go to Lg4 and you'll find it. If you're driving, checking out needs some maneuvering. Drive out using the car park pass provided. Then at the hotel lobby drive back to the car park on Lg1, using TnG, to return the access card and car park pass. 🤗"
"It is very convenient to travel by LRT, take the elevator to LG4, and pass the overpass to Asia Jaya station. The vending machines only accept one yuan and five yuan."

Very Good
AAlexistIt’s our repeated stay at One world., 2-3times/year we come KL. This trip we were given level 9, the room is clean and housekeeping team does a fantastic job. For Breakfast, slight change in the orientation of the food section. Food quality as good as before. We will come back again end Jan for another stay.

DDdddddddNice location , next to the metro station and shopping mall. The facilities are really too old, need renovations. Nice staffs and price, breakfast is a bit boring for me who stayed for a week.

SSheelaHad a pleasant stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The check-in experience was superb—staff were quick, courteous, and very helpful. A special mention to the Indian girls at the front desk—they were absolutely awesome and made the process smooth and welcoming.Overall, everything was good, room was clean. However, we did find the bed a bit stiff and the comforters seemed worn out. Also, the room didn’t have a study desk or chair, which made it slightly inconvenient to work on business matters using a laptop. That said, the excellent service from the team truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

KKingsley YangI had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. The cleanliness really stood out, and every corner of the home was tidy and fresh. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for resting after a long day. The host was also friendly and responsive, adding to the great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely come back again in the future!

DDannyOverall, the stays were pleasant except for two items:
1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water.
2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.
FFHANISI have come here for few times and the stays were good. But, the only cons is the waiting time for the lift is very long. So, if you are going to stay with multiple families maybe can reconsider, but if no problem in waiting longer time should be ok. Take around 15-20 mins to go down. Plus, can consider to use carry ons and back packs instead of large luggage because it will take you longer time to take the lift because the normal situation is always packed with people. If you stay lower levels and not coming with kids/elderlies) maybe level 5 and below, can consider taking the stairs to avoid waiting. But in terms of the cleanliness and all, i have no issues.

HHaziqThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
DDreamcatcher888I booked the Deluxe Queen room because it has a ”kichenette”. It's actually just counter space with zero appliances. It's odd to not have an induction stove for this space, and the rooms not having microwaves makes it misleading to call this an ”aparthotel”. My room was a total eyesore (see photos). It's concerning that they won't improve the appearance of the rooms for the guests with several coats of paint. It's not compatible for long stays. There was construction across the hall (see last photo) from 10 AM to 5 PM which made it impossible for me to work remotely. The only 2 positives were the internet being private and the location being walkable.
