Clean and spacious. Very convenient to just stay above sunway pyramid as it is accessible to all facilities. Even the shopping mall nearby has alot of food too.

The location is prefect. Surrounded with malls, theme park and easy to transport. Not too far from the airport. Breakfast is normal. Good for family.

Booked a stay for our anniversary and made a small request to surprise my wife. To our surprise, they put in so much effort to decorate our room and gave us a small cake with a card wishing us happy anniversary.
Their room was comfortable, could barely hear noise outside. Comes with breakfast and their spread was extensive! Their staff were all round friendly, from the bell boy, to the reception, to the wait staff at the restaurant.
The only downside is that they don't have free parking. It's a RM 15 charge per calendar day with multiple entry.
Would stay again.

Good service from staff starting from check in until check out. Strategic location, easy access to mall and tasty foods for in room service. The breakfast was located at sunway resort hotel, 5 min walk from the hotel. The wifi need to improve, sometimes do not have the internet connection. Worth to stay again.

Very close to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid. Room was okay and big. Hair dryer a bit lousy and need to pay for the parking at a fix rate of RM15 for in house guest. Breakfast was at sunway resort hotel and they have a kid dining bar and area.

The location was ok as it was located just beside the mall. However, the breakfast place was quite a distance as it was located at another hotel. The service was great as I feedback on the quilt being dirty and immediately they asked someone over to change. The WhatsApp function for room service was fantastic as it was very convenient. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4.

Hopeless wifi !!! See images. Impossible to work in room. Bumped into another house guest and had the same issue.
Response from hotel was terrible. Many people using and no other way.
My room had intermittent Aircon running sound and impossible to get good night quiet sleep. Invited duty manager at close to midnight and although he offered to change room, I was too tired struggling with WiFi.
The walk to breakfast area (sunset terrace at other hotel!) was another tormenting journey. It was so far, down several escalators with dragging my luggage.
Not staying back !
