This is worst hotel I ever stayed in my lifetime The hotel doesn’t provide proper service such as after 2am ,there is no there assist the hotel guest I booked the hotel at 11.20pm I called them 11.30pm Nobody answered the call There multiple number to contact but still nobody bothered to answer the call I force to sleep inside my car till 9am even though I booked the hotel The worst part they don’t bother to call me back So atleast they would help me to ask to check in Then 9am I called the number again The staff told I was in different hotel not their respective hotel Then I double checked with the hotel Then they said I have reservations Somemore they I said I have to check out at 12pm Then once I check in the room The water is not there I have to just sleep on the bed then later I force to check without shower Such as useless management and staff I wasted my time and money on this hotel Kindly remove this hotel reservation from trip.com app They will spoilt your app name

For the price, the room is decent and great value for money. However, the shower in our room was not hot and the staff needs to be more efficient dealing with concerns raised with some urgency. Overall our stay was good. TQ
