I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected.
Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution.
Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Pleasant Stay
Near to IKEA,IPC, The Curve, Lotus etc walking distance.
Don't confused with Royale Chulan The Curve as we did.

Have been staying here multiple times. Overall good hospitality, room always ready upon check in.
Just a safety concern that the lift doesn’t require card scanning to access to room floors.

A spacious hotel room and grand lobby, but the room bed and other furnitures are very old, suggesting to improve or change to new furnitures.
