A very bad stay experience!
The room looked nothing like the photos, the hygiene was as shown, full of all kinds of bugs and insects, ants on the dining table, spider webs and spiders in every corner, windows that couldn't be closed, and extremely noisy! Apartment customer service has a bad attitude and doesn't reply to messages or answer calls!

This apartment hotel is located in the residence above the encorp stand mall in Kota Damansara. Although there is not much to visit in this mall, it has a lot of dining shops nearby.

The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
