Royale Chulan the Curve Reviews

Location was great, the Curve mall is right beside and there are link bridges to Lotus, KidZania, IKEA and IPC Shopping Centre. My main agenda is to bring my kids to KidZania so it was perfect for us. Breakfast spread was good with live stations. Only downside was the room was abit old, quite abit of wear and tear. But service was good as the staff came to rectify the issues quickly.

I like the place. Good service. Facilities good. I enjoy the breakfast food.

recently stayed at the Royal Chulan Curve hotel in their family suite. The spacious and well-appointed room provided a comfortable stay for my family. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the hotel's amenities added to the overall positive experience. The convenient location near shopping areas and attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Great location。。service OK， hotel abit old.. overall ok. Breakfast is good

The room was clean and big enough for couples. However, the walls seemed like not concrete walls. Water pressure was high and air-con was cooling. It would be great if the parking was waived.

You know what it’s like waiting for housekeeping or room service after dialling to the front desk to ask for replenishments? None of that here. Checked in to a room; the shower gel bottle was empty. Called to the front desk and they came up and replenished it within 5 mins. Great service.

The location is good, but the bedsheets were dirty with stains and hairs, during sleeping found body iche can not sleep well. The bathtub water sometimes will come out the dirty water like the brown water. Need to improve the quality of cleaning.

Breakfast server very poor. waitress not very friendly. collected the used plates from another table & put on my table very harsh while she collected mine. shown like not willing to clear the plates on my table which I not asking her to clear it. she also cleared my plates without asking me. Actually, I wish to reuse my plates. however, reception lady at breakfast section, she has a nice smile.

the room size is quite narrow for price, and unfortunately we got bathroom with defect lock, but overall nice, location is superb, the lobby is connected to flea market the curve, u can access the curve just in a minutes.

I will not recommend this hotel unless you have no choice to choose if meeting area nearby. Poor service and quality

Strategic location, breakfast is good and good customer service. Overall enjoy our family stay.
