Check-in and Check-out is smooth. Room is clean and new. The location was a bit confused because there are constructions going on and major road was closed. For those driving, directly enter into the car park and ask the guard where to park your car, then proceed to Ground floor for check-in.
There are 2 weak points.
1st is the lift was too slow. During check out time, you need to wait very long for the lift because it was full.
2nd is the car park. During check out time, for those driving you need to queue for paying the parking fee at the exit.

Room was okay with reasonable price. However;
1. Location: Very tricky place to drive around.
2. Parking: No free parking & need to pay. Hard to locate a space especially late in the evening.
3. Smell: Pungent smell once entered the room (smells like sh*t, probably they’re having issues with their sewage system). Almost vomited due to the smell.
4. Elevator: Only 4 functioning elevators & we had to use the stairs going down to Ground floor & basement during check-out (other people also facing the same situation) - elevator service was very bad & slow.
Overall, many things can be improved in the future. Thanks.

This is our 4th time staying at this apartment but different management. This management has a different design from the rest. There is an additional sofa in the room, very cosy. There is a quiet working space on the 25th floor, suitable for meeting a client. Recommended for business travellers who like to stay for a week. Affordable price with full amenities and facilities. Definitely will come back again!

Good enough room space and well decorated, queen size comfortabl bedding. Bathroom and shower good
. Need to take care of room service, like clean bin everyday routine basis. We didn't take any food facilities.

Most rooms have a kitchen inside with a double bed and a couch. Its like Home. You can stay here for a long time. But location is the only con, with the metro station a mile away so bummer. But easily accessible with a bus or a grab😊
