This time i got a clean room. Too bad tv channels only have youtube premium no netflix. Best bang for bucks i would say. Dont have time to tey out the facilities but last i went all was good.check in was fast maybe cause i am a repeating customer. Air cond quite cold.

Amenities are all provided to cook and stay comfortably
Supposed to be queen bed, but it’s two single bed combined into one
Scenery across is a gloomy incomplete building
Use Waze to navigate, the location from app does not direct to main entrance, was lost for 3 rounds at late night

The stay is amazing. Easy to locate. And it is free parking at this moment. Also there is receptionist at lobby to ease my check in check out process

Location is not so great but if you want a where to rest and relax then this is the place. Set close to the highway and close to a shopping mall(2km). The room are nice but the room service is not great specially if you are planning for a longer stay. They take long to attend to your needs. The rooms don’t have a broom or a mop since it’s apartments not hotel set up. Other than that the overall stay was good with nice pool area and a gym.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful
The hotel room is big, bright and clean . But the bed sheets are not clean and have stains .
On my first night, around 1 am + have few kids playing football at the corridor . I was too tired and sleepy, just ignore it. Btw second and third nights was quite.
So far so good. I will come back again when I'm in KL
Management shouldn't have allowed that happened.

It so disappointed with the cleaness ， change 2 room also not clean , 1st room floor dirty like ****, second room air cond no cold, door no battery window dirty, keep moving upd down, i check in at 8pm not 3pm also like this cleaness??

The location is a bit tricky to get into the parking if you are unfamiliar with the place. The parking needs to register before entering but it's free. During the check-in, I got a free upgrade into 2-bedrooms suite but the floor is dusty, dining table is not wiped properly and the light is a bit dimmed, thus I requested to change to my initial type of room. The changed room is better compared to the previous one but the floor still got a bit dusty but acceptable.
