Our best stays in Malaysia 🇲🇾 have been at Mossaz under the Mana-mana host. Mossaz has great amenities for children and a convince shop down stairs. The front desk staff is welcoming; and communication is done via WhatsApp message for all requests. They are quick to respond to messages but requests on housekeeping are often attended to slow.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great! However, the ceiling was a bit dusty, and the dining table wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped. That said, the maintenance and housekeeping teams were very helpful whenever we needed assistance.

It was a great stay and it’s very convenient to reach them for services vis whatsapp. Great stay, just the lift was not working smoothly as the place is still undergoing renovations so its super understandable. Other wise 8/10.

All ok but found previous customers’ underwear in the cabinet in wet condition and getting smelly. I think housekeeper does not check all the cabinets there. The toilet when check in was not dry.

The price is so cheap and u can get a very decent room. Suitable for family trip as well. Do take not the parking location it’s a bit tricky so need to be careful. All of the staff are friendly.
Few feedback for them:
1 . The face tissue and room slipper quality were quite bad cause it’s too thin.
2. The floor was greasy and doesn’t feel good walking on it with bare feet
Overall we’re having a great time here and will be back again!
