Would repeat my stay because their unit is clean and comfortable.
Everything was provided and easy communication with the staff and fast response.
It also a clear and convenient place to stay.
The parking rate is only RM1.10 per day!
Many convenience store inside the building like Bila-bila mart and coin laundry it is easy for me to buy some snack food.

Hygiene is poor, sheets are not changed every day. There was unidentified hair on the first day of stay.
The room's windows are not sealed from the outside world. This results in poor air conditioning effectiveness.
There is no daily cleaning.
There is no service. Remote communication and processing throughout the entire process.
There are two large shopping malls nearby. Eating is relatively simple.
There is a supermarket downstairs with a full range of products. Breakfast is purchased here every day.
