Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

The hotel is clean, undergoing renovations but can see that the new design is great. Went to the hotel to celebrate our anniversary, the room was decorated with towels and rose petals. Sparkling clean room, very cozy. When we came back to our hotel on late evening the same day, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake! Made our day feel extra special 💓 Breakfast was great. Their usual breakfast place is under renovation so the breakfast was held at Genji. A bit crowded but still okay. Food was good.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy the location, pool, and kids club. During this stay, I appreciated the thoughtful extras—welcome fruits, four complimentary cans of soft drinks, and a small tin of Pringles. However, I did find a used face towel left in the bathroom, which the housekeeping staff must have overlooked. Aside from that, I’m very happy with my stay and still really like this hotel.

The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet

My partner and I recently enjoyed a staycation at Royal Chulan Hotel Damansara, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of calm that immediately set the tone for a relaxing escape. The ambience of the hotel is elegant yet cozy perfect for couples looking to unwind. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern touches and traditional Malaysian charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable except for the pillows not very comfortable can  and we especially loved the large windows offering beautiful views of the Damansara skyline. One small area for improvement would be the pillows and bes linen they seemed quite old and could definitely benefit from an upgrade to match the overall comfort of the room. It wasn’t a major issue, but fresher pillows and bed linen would really elevate the sleeping experience. What truly made our stay memorable was the attention to detail and thoughtful service. The staff were always courteous, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

I love this place my kids super enjoy especially i love they provide the shuttle bus to ioi city mall super convenient at least im no need to drive out and look for parking . Secondly i would like to say their breakfast buffet are great although that day i went are super peak and many people but still manage well , many variety of food and is ok. Overall im enjoy the stay here the room are clean and comfortable just the swimming pool side are abit old . And i would like to thanks due to peak season i was check in late cos there is out of occupied the room but they replace back late check out for me at least my kids can enjoy at the pool .

Went there for a spiritual retreat. Staff service is good, no complaints. The room is slightly old. The carpet seems to need some deep cleaning. The basin has poor water flow but the staff are not aware at all even after I stayed there a few days. I had to unclog the basin by removing a piece of tissue because I just can't stand it anymore. If you place the toilet cover down, staff would not open and clean it. So if it is dirty, you have to keep the cover lifted for them to realise it. Not much amenities.. gym is very simple. There is also a pool. Location is just within 10min of Subang Airport, very convenient.

First the good part. This hotel is superbly located at has a direct link to the 1 Utama Mall which is full of shops and restaurant outlets. The room is spacious and very well kept although the bed is a little too hard. Breakfast variety was also very good. The bad part. At check in, I was told there was a RM20 “deposit” payable. So I paid this in cash. At check out, I asked for the return of the deposit and was told that what I paid for was not a “deposit” but a tourism tax. I told the staff that all taxes (including the tourism tax) were fully paid when I booked on trip.com. I also showed the booking details on the app proving that the tourism tax was included in the total amount I paid for. I was asked to show the receipt before they could refund me. As I was rushing to the airport, I had to leave the hotel without the refund. The staff should be better trained to inform guests on what they are actually paying for (whether it’s a deposit or a tax). And the staff should also know from their system if all taxes have been paid for or if any excess should be collected. Not everything is a “deposit” which is highly misleading. While it was a good overall stay, this incident left a negative impression.

The employees name of Al Amin is impolite during breakfast registration counter said that can’t wear hotel provided shoes to enter in dining area, I am understanding but can you talk nicely and smile to us since you are frontliner? I felt uncomfortable the way you shouting to us!
