The owner upgraded my room and offered me with tea and coffee. The room is spacious, bed is very soft and I did have a good sleep. It is located in a small alley on the walking street and it looks beautiful by the time I arrived with all the red lights on. I also visited the rooftop the next morning and it got a nice close view on the Quanzhou East and West Towers. I would stay here again if I ever visit Quanzhou again.

Stayed for three nights during the May Day holiday, and had a great experience The location is good, very close to the West Street of the ancient city, about ten minutes' walk away, in the community, not noisy The room is neat and clean, and a large disposable bath towel is provided. The proprietress and the staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They sent us a guide and a food list in advance. As soon as we entered the homestay, we were given a local specialty gift box and a fan. One night, they fried vinegar meat and radish cake for us to eat, which tasted better than those bought on West Street The homestay has electric bikes for rent, which is very convenient to go anywhere. For short distances, the proprietress gave us free rides The homestay is pet-friendly, and guests can bring their pets to stay. The proprietress herself also has a cute Shiba Inu named Garlic, who likes to lie on the ground and be touched Highly recommended!

The location of the B&B is very good. It is very convenient to go to West Street and Kaiyuan Temple. There are also many places to eat around. The courtyard is very local and has both the charm of ancient houses in the Qing Dynasty and Lingnan-style buildings. The decoration is also very modern, simple and refreshing, just like a windy courtyard. You can also watch projection in the courtyard. The private kitchen for breakfast is delicious. There is a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. It is very convenient. It really feels like home. The key is that the proprietress is very good, very kind and enthusiastic. I will definitely stay there next time if I have the chance.

Really very pleasant homestay! The yard is still quite unappreciated in the alley, but there is nothing in it! The room was cleaned very clean, each floor had a fresh fragrance, the breakfast in the morning was also a local specialty, and the foot bath was prepared very intimately at night! The location is also good, there is a middle school nearby, so there are many snacks next to it, and a walk outside is West Street, there are quite a lot of delicious! There is a super cute cat in the store! It is a pity that I didn't book the floor-to-ceiling window view I like. I will stay here next time I come to Quanzhou! ! !

The location of the B&B is good, you can park at the door, but the parking lot is too broken and full of mud when it rains. The owner said it will be repaired in a while. The facilities in the room are OK. I personally think the room with a balcony on the second floor is the best. Although the family room on the first floor is the most expensive, it may be because the bed is bigger. But it’s not as comfortable as the rooms with balconies on the second and third floors! Also, the attitude of the B&B staff is acceptable, but the service awareness still needs to be improved. When we arrived at the room on the first day, we thought it was cleaned very well and were ready to leave a review. However, the cleaning on the second day was very rough. We came back late and were very tired, and there was still toothpaste in the washbasin and the floor was not swept, so we simply cleaned it ourselves. There are safety hazards on the entrance steps on the first floor. I almost fell on the first day, and my father fell directly on the second day. Fortunately, no bones were broken. I told the staff, and they asked if we needed to go to the hospital. I said no bones were broken, but they didn't ask if I needed any medicine. They also sent me a screenshot of a message to remind me that I don't know if it was the decoration company or someone else who said there was a safety hazard. In fact, you didn't need to send it to me. It gave me the feeling that you were evading responsibility. You should have put up a warning sign on the spot in time and let someone deal with it on the spot, but when we went back, there was no warning sign at all. The female staff with long hair also spoke harshly. Because the slippers were of poor quality, my mother asked her for them the next day (the slippers were not put away when cleaning the next day. We stayed for two nights and should have paid for two days. The standard should be the same as the first day). She directly said that they had been put away yesterday, meaning that they were not needed when cleaning the next day. Her service awareness is very average. If the boss can see this, I hope she can improve it so that the business can last long! It is our custom to clean the room before leaving. The long-haired female staff member reminded us to pay attention to hygiene when we checked in. I don't know if she had encountered untidy guests before or what, but it was unreasonable to remind us when we checked in! We brought our dog with us, but you are a pet-friendly B&B, right? We will also notice that the picture below shows us cleaning up after we left.

The homestay is very suitable for taking pictures. There is a Xiyu bakery at the door, and you can eat and chat with your friends. The location is very good, go out to the clock tower, West Street, various snacks, Kaiyuan Temple is also very close. The service is also very good, I called in advance and added WeChat, and other needs will be asked in advance. The room is a smart toilet, disposable towels and bath towels, the bedding is also very comfortable, the only downside is the stairs, overall very satisfied.

I was deeply moved by this homestay in the alley of Quanzhou, as if a pearl was hidden there. As you step into the alley, the flowers placed at the door welcome every person who comes. The boss, Miss Hua, is very elegant and generous, yet warm and meticulous. The owner's dedication can be seen in every corner here. Thank you Ms. Hua for upgrading our room type, which made our trip to Quanzhou even more memorable. This time I came here as a tourist and had a great experience. I look forward to the next time when I will slow down my pace, stay here for a while like a wanderer returning home, and feel the peaceful time. Yes, this place is pet-friendly.

Hygiene: Overall clean. Location: 2-3 minutes walk to West Street. Located in an old residential area, it looks messy from the outside. But when you walk in, it's another world. Go down West Street and you will find Kaiyuan Temple. Ask for a guide at the door, which is very interesting. After Kaiyuan Temple, take a taxi or ”rent a taxi” in the mini program, and you will be close to the bell tower and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. Walk around to Qingjing Mosque, the oldest Islamic temple, and ask for a guide. Next to Qingjing Mosque is Stan Ginger Duck, which is not too popular, but tastes good and we like it very much. The guide said that the street where Qingjing Mosque is located is called Tumen Street, which has 13 large and small historical sites. Guanyu Temple is not far away. But we wanted to go to Shaolin Temple, so we took a taxi directly. We watched the performance of the monks at Shaolin Temple, which cost 50 yuan per person, and we were still full of energy. Complaint: Quanzhou's traffic is really not good. There are traffic controls when going in and out, and we walked about 1 kilometer with our suitcases. Especially Zhongshan North Road, it is very congested. If you are leaving, I suggest you walk a few minutes to Xinjie and Aiguo Road, which may be more convenient. Service: Very good. I added WeChat to confirm the order, and they will call in advance. There will be instructions when you arrive at the room, and there will be souvenirs before leaving, which is very good. Facilities: Because it is an old villa, there is only one floor and a few rooms. The facilities in the room are not very good, but not bad. There are 2 small courtyards, which are very comfortable to sit and watch movies. There is also a cat and a dog, which are cute. Breakfast: There are porridge, eggs, duck eggs, steamed cakes, and purple potatoes, which are enough to eat. In short, it is recommended~

GGarry GoldsworthyThe hotel, staff and owners are truley amazing. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart if Quangzhou midway between the high speed rail and airport and within walking diatance of most of the primary tourist sites. It is conveniently close to dozens of great restaurants around the corner where we found it easy to get an early breakfast or a late dinner. The staff were incredibly helpful upon arrival and upgraded us from the queen room to a king room. The hotel was initially a little hard to find as it is in the lane behind the retail shops in front where the DiDi driver dropoed us The sign is illuminated in Chinese and we were not sure where to go. Apart from that every thing is 5 star. The bed was extemely comfortable and the room was spotless. The bathroom has a wonderful shower with conventional rain head and wand fixtures. The heated mirror is a very nice feature for after showering. The owners takes great pride in their hotel. A traditional tea station is provided with local tea. We can't talk more highly of this Hotel. We have been travelling for the past 60 days and this was by far the best we stayed in.

BBingtanghongdousha123A family of three stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. A very distinctive homestay, transformed from a Qing Dynasty residence. We stayed in a suite with two rooms and a yard. The kids were very happy to have their own room. The basic facilities are pretty good among B&Bs. The shower water is hot enough and the air conditioner can also heat. The skylight design is a highlight, and the room is well lit during the day. We didn't notice the noise problem mentioned in some reviews. We could hear the noise outside during the day, but it was quiet at night and didn't affect our sleep. The boss's cat is cute and docile, which adds to the fun of staying here😄.

YyuhueiWhen I came to Quanzhou this time, I wanted to visit more in the old town, so I looked for a nearby B&B. This one was relatively new because it was renovated this year, so I chose this one. On the day I was about to arrive, the owner took the initiative to ask about the check-in time. Regarding the arrival method, I was especially worried that the location of the B&B was difficult to find in the alleys. The service was very good. After checking in, I checked that the room facilities were indeed relatively new and very clean. However, after one day of actual living, problems emerged. The main problems are In the bathroom, my room has a large bed and a small bed. The small bathroom is not a problem. The problem is that the toilet does not even have enough space to sit down. There are big flaws in the design. The drainage system of the bath and shower is slow, and the toilet paper There is no way to put a new roll of toilet paper in the shelf. I sincerely advise the store to improve the toilet space as soon as possible in order to continue to operate in the long run. It is recommended to remove the wall in front of the toilet and build another one outside. Add a partition to increase the toilet space, otherwise this problem will always affect you.

BBaicaihaidaitangThe accommodation is very satisfactory. I booked a random place near the station when I got off the train at night. I didn't expect it to be so good. The bed and bedding are very soft. The room is very spacious~ very clean and there are disposable towels. This is the first time I have seen it. It's very good! The living environment is quiet, and the host also has a pick-up service at the station, which is very considerate! Sisters can rest assured to go

JjitpabanfilmsI was drawn in by the great reviews of this place so decided to book it for our trip to Quanzhou - so the plus is that the location is indeed central, and if you are a solo traveller or a couple the room is definitely big enough for you. We booked the Loft family room and found it a little cramped as there isn't seating like a sofa or anything, just a desk and a chair. The toilet design was also a little odd as the door is a glass door with just a short swathe of frosting/decal to cover the midsection. Again, OK if you are alone or a couple but otherwise just weird. Staff were responsive if you could get hold of them, the cleaning was sporadic in that it wasn't very thorough and sometimes things weren't replenished. Note that the location of the hotel is in an alleyway, not accessible by car. You have to drag your luggage on a cobbled street for almost 100m or so to get to the main entrance.

JJulia AnnetteA wonderful experience as a relaxing finish to our tour of Fujian. The villas are beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time outside in and by the refreshing villa pool. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Our direct contact at the hotel was Evelyn who was very competent and kind and even accompanied us for Covid testing and to a tea factory. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed the high quality delicious food there every night of our stay. Originally we had booked two nights but extended an extra night as we did not want to leave this little oasis so soon.

Outstanding
GGuest UserOriginally I was staying in a nearby hotel, so I wanted to find a location conveniently located in the center of the scenic spot, but I couldn't get used to staying in an old hotel, so I found this place. I happened to meet the owner when I arrived at the store, and we had a great chat. He introduced many good places that were not included in online guides. The boss finally said he would give us a surprise and upgraded us to the best room. We were super lucky hahaha. Quanzhou is worth visiting more times, and I will stay here again next time!

SSophia_suThe location is great. It is 30 meters away from West Street, not far from Kaiyuan Temple and the attractions around the ancient city. I like CITY WORK very much.

EEmily YingThis homestay is superb for me and my family member from Malaysia. The location is great and the pin location is accurate is u grab car from Didi. This homestay can grab Didi anytime. The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only.

MMilanAnjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos). The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.
