This is our third stay over many years. There is no point looking anywhere else when we stay in garda as Flavia and Francesca offer consistent quality accommodation, you just know that you will be looked after and cared for by the owners. Ideally located for the railway station ,the town, boat trips and walks the accommodation is spotlessly clean and homely. Time is precious to ourselves and we want to know what we are getting and step straight into our holiday on arrival, Flavia and Francesca care about you and their business, we highly recommend you stay, what more can you ask for, you wont be disappointed....Grazie Flavia and Francesca.

Very satisfied with this hotel ... the staff really kind and helpful .. The rooms were spotless; breakfast excellent and plentiful for young and old. A really welcoming place with a covered and uncovered terrace. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting around by train..bus and taxi..in the immediate vicinity you can find the stop for Gardaland park. Going down the street you can see various activities for eating ... and further on you can see Lake Garda in all its wonder. I recommend it especially for the courtesy.

I spent 4 days with my family at this B&B, attracted by the excellent reviews about gluten-free, as I am celiac. Beautiful location, very close to the center of Peschiera and the train station where it is possible to take free shuttles to Gardaland. The owners were friendly and super attentive, upon arrival they provided us with a map with all the main places of interest nearby. Abundant and varied breakfast (also for gluten-free). In short, to be recommended! Flavia and Francesca, we miss you! We will come back to see you!

Super positive experience. Very nice facility and very friendly staff. We stayed for New Year's Eve and on the evening of 31 12 they delivered sparkling wine and chocolates to make a toast. Very good breakfast and ample parking. Strategic location of the structure. We will definitely be back.

It is right to start by paying homage to the exquisite and hospitable kindness with which my wife and I were welcomed and pampered by Francesca. Nothing was lacking in our stay, albeit for just one night. Equipped with every comfort (kettle, mini bar, hairdryer, shower gel, soap, safe, etc) the room and bathroom were very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, completely varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory. Right value for money. Overall, we were absolutely satisfied and therefore I would recommend it to everyone as I will with friends and acquaintances. Thank you very much, Francesca, and thank you very much to the entire staff. We really hope to be able to see each other again soon and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere that the structure offers!

A due passi dalla stazione e dalle fermate autobus per raggiungere i posti vicini, Peschiera ben collegata. Le stanze molto pulite (la pulizia viene fatta quotidianamente), soprattutto il bagno, molta attenzione alla salvaguardia dell' ambiente, la proprietaria ci faceva sempre trovare acqua fresca e qualche dolcino, molto disponibile e gentile!

Uno schifo. Ho fatto una prenotazione e la signora mi ha risposta in una maniera altamente scortese. Dovevamo viaggiare io,mia suocera ed una bambina di 9 anni. Noi siamo di Napoli ed avevamo bisogno di una struttura non troppo lontana da Gardaland perché un mese fa acquistai dei biglietti per la comunione della bambina. Dovevamo viaggiare con Flixbus ed occhio e croce ci vogliono ben 11/12 ore per arrivare a Verona e da Verona dovevamo prendere un treno che ci portava a Peschiera del Garda. Ho chiesto gentilmente la cortesia alla signora se potesse venirci a prendere alla stazione ed ho ricevuto tale risposta:＜＞. Io spiego alla signora che per me e mia suocera non sia un problema ma che il problema sorga per una bambina di nove anni. Ho ringraziato lo stesso la signora,la quale nel giro di pochi minuti mi invia un messaggio dove dice che ha disdetto la prenotazione aggiungendo:＜＞. La signora in questione ha cancellato a suo piacimento i messaggi inviati via whatsapp. Che dire?Bell’empatia e bel comportamento etico signora,complimenti.

Posizione comoda a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalle fermate degli autobus di linea e della navetta per Gardaland. A dieci minuti dal centro a piedi ma vicinissimo a bar e ristoranti. Camere pulite, bagno spazioso e funzionale. Presenza di un angolo cottura completo. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e/o richiesta. Parcheggio ampio.
