Modern, welcoming, clean, warm hotel with parking and lift
Express check-in and checkout
The room was modern, clean, equipped with a kettle/infusions/mini fridge/free water for guests, lake view with small balcony
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious (fresh croissants from the pastry shop)

Basic hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, great location but no character. More like a motel. Bunk beds for kids. Rooms crampt and air con turned off (staff said the engineer had turned off purposely and they were unable to turn on). 25 degrees in the room so had to open window which was noisy due to main road.

On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly lady who checked us in. We had two rooms on the top floor with lake views. The beds were super comfortable and were pleasantly surprised to see a kettle with tea, coffee and herbal teas as you don’t usually get that in Italy. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beautiful town where there are many restaurants and shops. Hotel Dori is a great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Lake Garda.

This is a good hotel but we were very unlucky with our room - no usable window in the bedroom, as it looked out onto floor level of a metal fire escape and was heavily barred. Worst thing was the bathroom if the room opposite shared a wall with our bedroom and there was no soundproofing - we could hear the guest using the toilet and when he flushed the loo or ran the shower it sounded like a rainstorm. Fortunately we were only there one night. Hotel was full so no point asking to move. Having said that the room was comfortable, clean and spacious and there was no outside noise audible. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast with hot croissants so seems unfair to give it 3 stars.

Wonderful staff who helped organise tickets to Gardaland and the opera in Verona. Hotel is in a great location with lovely rooms, underground parking and is dog friendly. Valentina was a magnificent help!

We stayed for 4 nights and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly for our brief stay at Lake Garda. Room size was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the good shower was reliable. Breakfast was excellent value, plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was perfect - just outside the old town walls and so very quiet, but just a short walk to the centre of the town with its many restaurants (although the nearest restaurant "Rivelin" was possibly the best one anyway). The bicycle hire shop next door to the hotel was really good and highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming staff Bed very comfortable Breakfast good value with preordering of pastries per room the day before to avoid waste Fantastic location just a couple of minutes to the old town. Indoor, secure arking spot much appreciated For the management: only negative point was the lack of plug points in the room - at least one either side of the bed to recharge phones.

We booked in the low season, where many are closed, we were amazed. Attentive and very helpful staff. The room is very functional, spacious and with a nice wardrobe, perhaps a stool or bench for the suitcase would also fit very well, the well-stocked minibar is excellent. The bathroom is good, the toilet bowl stuck between the sink and the wall is inconvenient, therefore a little narrow. I was surprised by the breakfast, I thought, given the season, little or little, on the contrary well stocked, always fresh croissants, a nice choice of what to have, in summer I imagine it will be even more. The parking is beautiful, underground, well-kept and each room has its own reserved space, an excellent idea. More than recommended
