This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Horrible, dirty rooms with leaking showers, moldy bathrooms and faulty lighting. Would never return and would certainly not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This was probably once a very nice hotel but it is no longer. Taste is personal of course, but this is certainly not a five- star or even four-star resort. Our family vacation was memorable only for the pleasant time at the beach and our escapes from the hotel in the evenings in search of better food and service, which we found in nearby Vieste and Peschici. The positives: - Nice beach and beautiful sea - Pleasant grounds, ample parking - Large suite with 2 bathrooms – perfect for our family of four - Comfortable beds - Energetic “animatori” who attempted to provide entertainment The negatives: - Filthy room; outdated and damaged fixtures and furniture - Untrained staff - cleaning and restaurant in particular - some friendly, others brusque and surly - A complete absence of supervision and management; incompetent reception management - Terrible and sad breakfast buffet; overly expensive meals at beach restaurant and bar - Worn-out infrastructure; very bad wi-fi

Splendid location with private, well-kept beach and beautiful sea. Breathtaking setting and friendly, helpful staff, but the services could be improved (they recently changed management and reported that this year they opened the facility very late...) Excellent location for visiting the nearby villages (for example Vieste and Peschici) and with taxi and bus services. Excellent swimming pool, with a very friendly lifeguard...😂 Overall, an excellent structure but which could improve services and perhaps also add entertainment for children and teenagers!

Balla experience, very beautiful structure surrounded by greenery between sea and cliff. Well located for visiting places nearby too. Excellent service and good food especially on the evenings of Monday 14th and the whole day of 15/08 all quality stuff and excellent flavours. Relax on the beach, in the swimming pool. Lots of fun and cabaret evenings with the entertainment guys, all very good, friendly, always smiling and always ready to welcome everyone, very professional in their work. Piano bar by the sea and very beautiful evenings. Overall, everything was good. Only thing to improve, the cleanliness in the rooms, otherwise a good resort. Resort that I recommend to everyone.

I stayed 2 nights in this "resort" with my boyfriend. The structure was certainly well built in one of the very natural areas of the Gargano, immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian forest, having a completely private and therefore very quiet stretch of beach available for those looking for a bit of relaxation. I was certainly expecting more entertainment despite the period preceding the August holiday but on the other hand the structure is suitable for those who want to enjoy their holidays without hassle. We paid €300 for two nights with breakfast only (booked with booking) and we were given a room which, in addition to having a lot of mold on the ceiling and walls, had a completely broken shower seal. The sinks encountered limescale (probably never removed for years) and the room appeared very dirty with cracks. It was probably due to the fact that they were rooms reserved for booking customers, but this does not exclude that it still cost us €300. Obviously I reported this inconvenience to the reception but as a joint action they wrote my observations in a notebook and we said goodbye. Not even a gesture in giving me a discount on the extras consumed in the structure. However 5* absolutely not!!! 3 stars deserved.

Beautiful place, with enormous potential but with deficient restaurant management to say the least. The beach restaurant was an incredible disappointment, from the limited offering without resorting to the excellent local resources, to the inability to cook decent rice and pasta.

All very nice and surrounded by nature, the structure has a very high potential which at the moment is not exploited to the maximum but the management is new and it is clear that it is a place that is evolving and improving. The central swimming pool is really beautiful, relaxing and very well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lifeguard Pasquale. Excellent breakfast and lunch at the l'Approdo restaurant. The dinner can be improved but you will certainly be able to achieve perfection in a short time.
