We spent one night and dinner there for a family of 2 adults + 2 small childs for a total of around 250€. They stay there was nice, the room was comfortable, the lobby is with statues of wolfs and bear which was the best game for my child. Food was ok for dinner and breakfast and they organize time for childs with dances and playing areas.

Unable to reach Pescasseroli due to snow and malfunctioning car, I requested a date shift (not a refund because I was aware of the impossibility) receiving a dry no. Having said that as soon as I have a new opportunity to visit Abruzzo, I will book at another facility.

Hotel located near the center of Pescasseroli and a few minutes from the slopes. Cozy and clean rooms. Dinner and breakfast plentiful and of decent quality. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back. Until next time

Inizio dalle cose buone : POSIZIONE, vicino al centro storico. DISPONIBILITÀ DEI CAMERIERI,gentilissimi , veloci e accorti. GIARDINO , il parco /giardino intorno all albergo è bello curato rilassante,pieno di gazebo e sdraio. Purtroppo per le altre cose ci siamo trovati male : STANZE vecchissime finestre che nn chiudono bene tende penzolanti phon in bagno completamente staccato e doccia con chiusura usurata che produceva allagamenti al bagno ogni volta che veniva usata. Pulizia delle stanze inaccettabile. Scelgo di non parlare delle condizioni igieniche del letto.............🤐🤐🤐 . Cucina così così....

Ho alloggiato una sola notte, il tempo sufficiente per cercare un'altra sistemazione. Posizione tranquilla. L'hotel ha un parco meraviglioso ed è l'unica nota positiva della struttura che avrebbe bisogno di maggior cura all'interno. La nostra tripla era a dir poco deprimente, minuscola, sporca e con affaccio su una tettoia plastica. Doccino rotto, insetti morti sulle pareti, asciugamani sporchi... Non c'era neanche la solita cassaforte solitamente presente in tutte le strutture ricettive, figuriamoci il frigo bar. Il nostro trattamento di mezza pensione assolutamente deludente. Pasta pre cotta, gommosa e insipida, nell'insalata di polpo abbiamo trovato scarti vari e addirittura il becco. Personale a dir poco scortese a partire dal direttore. Non c'è cura per il cliente. Solo il receptionist notturno cortese e disponibile. Non ho idea di come possa essere considerato un 4 stelle, 2 sono più che sufficienti.

Per quanto abbiamo speso ci aspettavamo un altro hotel e invece è stata una delusione su tutto. Hotel datato, mobili vecchi, lavandino del bagno otturato (l’acqua va via con difficoltà), ma la cosa peggiore è stato il servizio. A cena per ben due volte (e noi siamo stati solo 2 notti) hanno portato pietanze diverse dalle ordinazioni fatte la mattina, per non parlare del menù e della qualità del cibo pessima. Pasta scotta, contorni immangiabili e senza sapore, hanno spacciato una grigliata di carne con una fettina mal cotta. Insomma da un hotel 4 stelle ci aspettavamo ben altro e soprattutto con quello che abbiamo pagato, veramente troppo. Insomma non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

La gentilezza del personale fa miracoli! E in un tratto ti fai andare bene qualche lacuna evidente di questo hotel: - costruzione datata - camera piccolissima - persiane e finestre da rivedere (non hanno nemmeno il sistema vasistas) o le tieni aperte o chiuse e con la mancanza dei condizionatori di notte è un problema - cucina buona!!

4 Stelle ???? ma per piacere !!!! Stanza ben pulita ma ormai passata , mobilio vecchio, tv piu' piccola del mio pc, sapone appeso con dispenser al muro ( ok per la doccia e quando voglio lavarmi ma se devo fare bidet ??? ) Frigobar sporco , non funzionante e all interno una vecchia bottiglia d'acqua . Posizione buona tranquilla e con parcheggio. Esterno ben curato a parte una vetrata rotta da tempo . Colazione a buffet abbondante ma per piacere aumentate la qualita' della macchinetta per il caffè !!! Imbevibile !!! Personale ok
