Siamo venuti a pescasseroli con la speranza di trovare la neve, pultroppo non é stato cosi. Sole tutto il giorno, ma per fortuna siamo stati nel paese vicino a roccarasa e li abbiamo trovato la neve. Beh che dire é stata una vacanza stupenda, non ci siamo annoiati neanche un secondo. Hotel adatto alle famiglie. Per il 25 hanno organizzato l'arrivo di babbo Natale con tanti regali per i bambini, tutto stupendo. Sono sicura ritorneremo con la speranza di trovare gli stessi animatori Giorgia addetta al mini club sempre disponibile e gentile. Olindo e pietro sempre pronti a strapparti un sorriso. Hôtel vieillot qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles malgré la piscine et les nappes sur les tables... Chambres petites, avec meubles anciens, et pas de wifi. Salle de repas bruyante et faisant un peu cantine malgré des serveurs très efficaces et très pros. Bar Avec musique mais dont le barman ne sait pas préparer des coktails... Un bon 3 étoiles mais pas du tout un niveau de 4 étoiles

A pochi passi dal centro di Pescasseroli, buona la posizione dell'hotel. Personale gentile, cucina da incubo, servizio lento, pasti preparati con superficialità. Camera molto stretta, arredamenti molto vecchi, letti scomodi. Non lo consiglierei per il prezzo sostenuto.

Hotel bello e curato, colazione e cena ottime. Il personale gentile e disponibile,tanto che una ragazza del personale ha messo a disposizione il suo fono dato che quello in camera non funzionava bene. L'animazione della sera era coinvolgente. La camera e il bagno erano puliti, perfetti per una dormita e una doccia rilassanti.

Eccellente posto, ben gestito dalla direzione ed in ottima posizione. La cucina è di buon livello con pietanze semplici e curate. La sala pranzo/cena è ottimamente curata dal maìtre Pasquale Perrone in ogni dettaglio senza trascurare cortesia e disponibilità. Un plauso anche ad Antonella, sempre presente e puntuale ad ogni desiderio, soprattutto a quelli dei più piccini. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura assolutamente non all'altezza. Tra l'altro è anche un blu hotel e questo aggrava la cosa. Tutto troppo vecchio. Arredi tipo 1980, tutto in radica di noce (vecchia). Stanza con arredamento dozzinale e scalfito e doghe del letto rotte. Bagno piccolissimo con la porta che non si apre completamente perché urta contro il bidè. La cosa peggiore è la ristorazione. La mattina la colazione scarna con i cornetti non freschi. La cena dovrebbe cambiare chef. Pasta sempre scotta perché probabilmente lo chef non sa che se cuoci la pasta e non la servi subito, continua la cottura. I secondi insipidi. Insomma da dimenticare. Unica nota positiva la piscina e i camerieri.

Struttura veramente eccezionale massima pulizia dagli igienici spendenti a uno staff eccezionale, abbiamo potuto gustare pietanze prelibate massima cortesia i camerieri vi fanno sentire veramente coccolati ,noi in particolare la nostra cameriera Antonella una persona con garbo e modo una persona giusta nel posto giusto

Leggo spesso recensioni negative per questa struttura ma non riesco a capire il motivo perche qui si sta benissimo e si deve dire che qualita’prezzo e’il top!,e’il secondo anno che ritorniamo in gruppo e come sempre ottima cucina,personale di sala cortese e disponibile,ragazzi dell animazione cordiali e simpatici!!!Ottimo caffe,ottima cioccolata calda, unica nota negativa da migliorare le pulizie.
