Great location and services at half the price. Walkable to the beach, surrounded by restaurants. Friendly and helpful staffs. We are 6 adults booked 3 rooms. Enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, 5mins away from train station, right in the city centre and 10mins walk from the sea. Surrounded by quaint bars and restaurants serving typical Italian food which was excellent.

The location is excellent because it is almost in the centre. The structure is clean. Unfortunately, I have a very old furniture room. I was going through the corridor while the other rooms were open because they were cleaning, but I saw that all were kept well and new, and the next time I will ask them not to give me that number. I prefer to pay a place in their private garage for parking because it is well kept. nice and available staff. I was so disappointed with breakfast because it was really scarce, there were no sweets that you see in the photos. In general, I recommend

Fantastic setting right in the middle of the city center and the main shopping street, though easy to reach by car. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Nice quite rooms and excellent breakfast even in these Covid times. Private enclosed and convenient parking at 50m of the hotel for guests.

We stayed a week here. Accessibility wise, it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants BUT it is down and then up a very steep hill. Unless you like fish, most of the nearby restaurants will not suit you. Would recommend having a car due to these facts. There is a courtesy mini bus service to a beach which was at a cost of €25 euros per day inc umbrella, chairs etc. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The food was very good but is a limited menu. Portion size on the small size. We ate breakfast most mornings which at €5 is good value for money . Varied buffet breakfast with lovely local bread and cakes, fruit yoghurt etc, cold meat and cheeses and scrambled eggs. We booked 6 months in advance and were disappointed with the room allocated to us. We had booked a superior room and queried on the first night if that was what we were in. We were assured we were……but….. on further conversation the next day with very helpful check in desk staff, it became clear we were in one half of a family room. There was not much difference in amenity except the superior room was approx 8-10 m2 bigger…..so a huge difference. We were subsequently moved on night 3 of 7 so this aspect was disappointing and the photos on the website of various rooms are very misleading. We felt slightly cheated over this. There is also an issue with noise from other rooms which is audible for sure but did not cause us any significant issue. In terms of the rooms and public areas, the gardens and pool areas are very pleasant to spend time in. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner are ok too. The rooms and corridors are tired and do need refreshing in our view, especially the bathrooms which are showing signs of age with black mould in a lot of the grouting. Lastly, the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding in every respect. The service was exceptional…… friendly, informative, professional and efficient. 10/10. Had this not been the case we would have reviewed it at 3/5.

The hotel looks great. The rooms are clean and spacious, I really appreciated the very quick room cleaning. Full breakfast and even more lunch. My compliments to the chef because every day one thing was better than the other. The only flaw which was then explained to us at check out: the beach which ATTENTION is not theirs unfortunately is not managed by the hotel. It is practically a free beach where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds. The owner is grumpy and not at all professional. Plus the beach is very dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. I recommend the beach next door instead.

Good location and stylish decor. Function is another story though. There are two elevators which are both tiny and carry only two people with luggage. We stayed three nights while traveling with a group, in two different rooms (the first night in a double room, even though we had booked a twin; the hotel claimed they had no other rooms available). The double room was extremely small, while the twin room was slightly more spacious. Even though by definition both rooms slept two people, they both had space for only one suitcase and had only one chair. The first room had no desk at all, with one of the nightstands doubling as desk. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC took quite some time to cool the room and was very difficult to adjust. Lack of attention to maintenance was obvious: burned light bulb, loose (or detaching) handles and knobs. Bathroom with no convenient shelf space (unless you want to count the shelf under the sink), no hooks and ho place to hang/place clothes or toiletries. The first room had very slow draining sink and shower. The water was extremely soft and very difficult to rinse. Wifi worked well. Breakfast had a decent selection. The problem was the constant lack of bowls, glasses and utensils. The staff would bring them out 4-5 at a time upon request, and of course they were gone within a couple of minutes.

Be welcomed by a warm goodnight at the marina reception after a long working day was freezer .... Appetizer ... And then shower in a 4-storey room ... At the wake the sea ...... After the wake breakfast.. B&b is located near the central Umberto road. It is difficult to find free parking in the area but a few steps away is the parking for payment of the station. And here the positive notes end. I'm sorry to always make negative reviews, but I hope that this can be a stimulus for managers. But inside it looks like a basar, poorly-tracked entry with furniture put to the mouth. Small room, date furniture and different from each other. Recently renovated but small bathroom. Phon in poorly-tracked furniture. The morning was hot water, and it was impossible to do a shower; the evening was a thread after a half-direct water was left flowing. Breakfast in line with the rest, non-branded products even with a variety of products (sweet only, not salted).
