Hotel facing the sea, cross the road and you already have your feet in the sand ... hotel overall good, it would need a bit of maintenance in the small things (alas I look at the details) .. broken tiles in the bathroom, bidet missing, dust behind the TV, dirty mirrors on the common staircase, buttons for the light to be fixed because they are crooked, wallpaper raised, automatic light at the entrance of the room that continued to turn on even just by being in the bathroom, poor soundproofing: I could hear snoring from other rooms and at night my window vibrated because of a vehicle running in the street, room a bit small, I appreciated the comfortable bed, the kindness of the staff and the breakfast with homemade cakes, it could improve with these small attentions, in any case I will take it into consideration again for my next stays in Pescara

The hotel rooms are small, there is no safe, there is no refrigerator. The spaces are really reduced to the minimum. The hotel is facing the sea but not as central as I thought, the walk is not long but it would put people with reduced mobility in difficulty, so do not expect to get off and find yourself in the center. Friendly and kind staff, excellent breakfast complete with everything. I would add touches of light and color to the hotel that has the appearance of an escape room.

Personale attento e gentile, hotel nuovo, pulito e grazioso. Ottima colazione salata e dolce, torte squisite e particolari. Sono stata una notte per un meeting di lavoro. Ci tornerei volentieri. Situato sul lungomare di Pescar, vicinissimo al centro. Di fronte ci sono ottimi ristoranti e spiagge. Comodo
