該酒店離海邊不遠,隔着一條馬路。前台服務熱情,,周圍也很安靜,早飯豐盛。第一次來這個城市,感覺很滿意,推薦入住

Usually I do not write reviews as a professional and a vacation consultant as well, however, I want all guests to be aware that they should check their bills before departing the hotel. The guest service hands you your bill as your taxi is waiting for you outside, that you don't even have time to look at it till it is too late, then they give you every excuse possible (they need the bank information, it is August to wait till September, then they avoid answering your emails) all excuses to avoid repaying back via various exchange of emails with so many excuses, hence the negative review to forewarn others to be diligent. Other then the above, rooms are out dated and need renovations, the air conditioner was making noise, we advised the front desk, they took a day to fix it, thereafter management closes the a/c periodically throughout the day, so even if you are in the room you cannot turn it on and have to call front desk whereby more excuses come out (they are cleaning the system, there is something wrong with the system, the cleaning ladies open the windows to freshen the air in the room till you get the truth from a trustworthy employee that this is what they do daily from 10am-4pm to save electricity) There were ants in our room (cleaning lady said we were not the only ones to complain). Toilet paper, we had to ask, we are from Canada we do not use the bidet, we use toilet paper. My room was for 4 and had a bed that my son who is almost 6 feet had his legs hanging over as it was a kiddie bed. Asked for an extra key due to our teen kids, no, only 1 allowed, so we had to bother the guest service desk almost every day to give us a key to get in the room, then had to go back downstairs to reset the original key. Why do they do this? Would not make a difference if the extra key were in the slot as management controls the a/c anyways. Food, we took breakfast and lunch with umbrella/chairs on beach package. Breakfast was always the same with platters of food from the night before reheated. I stuck to croissants and toast, safest. Lunch was pretty good, a variety of food for everyone's taste buds, cannot complain. Beach chairs and umbrellas perfect, no complaints. Plus side is the hotel is across the street from the beach with a good 15-20 minute walk or bike to center town, bikes can be rented but brought back within I believe 2 hours. I strongly recommend, to have better after service for guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The hotel has a great location, only 20 m from the sea. Amazing view from the balcony. The single room is a bit small, but very clean. The staff members were amazing. Always helpful, always cheerful and ensured my satisfaction to its fullest. 5 star service.

Totally hate the staying here, it ruined my hollyday even from the begining. So: I made a reservation from Romania for 2 persons : me and my daughter and they asked for a 2night deposit (even if they advertise as not necessary). Anyway, I paid for the deposit and when I got at the property, I was told I need to pay for the whole staying in advance…weird but I agreed with that. I was assured that my 246 euros (the initial deposit) would be returned in one day or two. 5 days later ane I still don’t have my money back. The toilet broke while I was there asked for it to be repairted, the shower was horrible and the walls dirty. What really bothers is the attitude from the reception which is totally unfriendly…I could say hostile. This is not what I paid for and never will ome back here ciiihhh 😥😥😥 What is really good is the cleaning personnel: very friendly, impeccable work: everyday cleaning is perfect even though I didn ask for some of it it was realized as it should be. 🙏🏻 Breakfast was poor: I had fresh vegetables in one single occasion and in some other occasions I had the feeling it was the dinner from the previous day…not happy at all

A reasonably priced hotel with simple yet comfortable rooms. Enjoyed a sea view from the fourth floor, especially mesmerizing during sunrise. A leisurely 20-30 minute stroll takes you to the area with stores and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and a delightful dinner featuring a balsamic grill steak and a delicious Raspberry cheesecake dessert. Found it comfortable for enjoying the sea year-round. Personally, I found it clean with no unpleasant sights. The staff was very friendly.

Paid a small mortgage for a sea view room that was a disgrace. It was nothing like the images or descriptions on glossy booking sites. For example, the outdated wallpaper went up 40 years ago, smelled, and was peeling off. The room was tiny. minuscule. The large bed that was advertised is a bulk standard double bed. The door frame to the bathroom was hanging off. The mirror in the bathroom had a chunk missing at the top that was ragged and dangerous. The towels smelled damp. The bathroom is so small you don't really know where to hang a towel and hit your head on a shelf when cleaning your teeth. You can also hear next door using the loo and shower - it's pretty noisy and can wake you up. Worse - none of the booking sites tell you about the terrible noise - some evenings - into the small hours due to nightclubs 2/3 times a week directly opposite the hotel. The shouting/signing kept us awake and made us very tired on our supposedly relaxing break. Moreover, the sick in the streets and remnants e.g. broken glass and bottles from the party are everywhere. During the day/night - there are no tea/coffee facilities available in room so you have to pay for coffee or go out. You have just one socket to charge the multiple appliances we all travel with. The area itself when there were no beach parties was like a ghost town - seems like the dead and forgotten graveyard of the Adriatic , no one in any restaurants or bars so the standard is really hit and miss when you go out!! Take care where you eat. Sadly our problems included eating at the hotel, in particular the breakfast we had paid for. What a culinary nightmare!! When we went to the dining room anticipating a four star hot and cold option with self service, the hot consisted of scrambled egg each day and chopped frankfurters - but the eggs were always severely burned with black bits and looked grey. The frankfurters were greasy chopped and then fried to make them go further. We complained at reception - who asked "what would you like?" we said "eggs cooked properly please - maybe some bacon". But sadly, the following day, the eggs were still burned. Worse - from that day forth the left over dinner from the night before was put out to achieve "more options/choice" - dry old pork and potato. Grey again. Defo not four star!!! We tried to get on with the pastries at breakfast - but these were undercooked in the middle, and cheap and nasty, like everything to do with the Hotel Maja. We gave up eating at the hotel when we photographed guests taking dogs into the restaurant where food is served in a buffet style that we could not touch?? The only positive is that the beach is nice, but the fumes from the road below your rooms are toxic so you cannot sit on your balcony and enjoy the view. The hotel advertises that there is a charge for beach beds, they do not tell you that they are charged from 25 Euros a day upwards so can add significantly to the price of your stay. 25 Euro's is the st
