We were without a car and then this B&B is very far from the center. You get there via a steep road! There was only one bus line that way. Felisia was very friendly but a B&B that is shared with the residents is not our thing. The air conditioning did not work well. The fan did nothing and the room was stuffy. The bathroom was in the hall and needs to be modernized. Small shower cabin. No glasses to brush your teeth. It smelled a bit strange in the bathroom. Breakfast reasonable. Too bad we did not have coffee in the room. There were tea bags. Balcony was spacious but on a very noisy road. In short, nice people but only interesting if you have a car.

Everything was very good. The host goes to great length to help and please. Generous selection of snacks. Make sure you arrange your arrival in advance. If you need perfect silence to sleep, bear in mind cars pass fast in the street

The owners were very responsive to questions and as helpful as can be. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. Conveniently located but a bit further out of the center than expected. Really need a car from this location as public transit is not frequent. Limited self serve breakfast.

The place was great! Big bathrooom, clean room, huge terrace, easy to get food delivered, owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you can hear everything through the walls - talking, snoring, etc and there were dogs next door that barked quite early in the morning incessantly. If I didn’t have to listen to snoring all night it would be 5 stars!

The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days.

We stayed 4 nights at this B&B. Great hospitality by the owners. Assited us with every request. Great job! The B&B rooms are at the second and third floor. No elevator, so you need to be in good shape. Interior decoration is classic, but comfortable beds and good showers. Breakfast, Italian Style, is served at the ground floor. Free wifi and private parking on the grounds of the B&B. There is some traffic noise by people violating the 30 km limit. You can walk down hill in 15 minutes to the beach. Coming back: take bus 4or 4/ from the busstation in front of railwaystation. Resumé: Rooms, beds,shower good. Breakfast extensive but Italian Style ( sweet), decent neighbourhood, Not an B&B when you have walking or climbing problems. Super Hosts !! They stored our luggage for 2 days when we went to Rome. The real place for people with car or enterprising couples that want to avoid crowded places
