We arrived by bus, which was about a half hour late; fortunately, I had asked for the building entry code earlier, just in case. We went up to the 4th floor as directed to find the key waiting for us, but no other instructions. Since I had also asked for the wifi information in advance, we were able to get the room location and door code after a bit of a wait. Without wifi, there would have been no way to reach anyone and we would have slept in the breakfast room. Better communication would have definitely been appreciated. (And had I not insisted on getting building code and wifi in advance, we would have been forced to spend the night outside in the doorway.) Once in the room, we couldn't get the hot water in the shower, so we asked, but didn't get the information until after we went to sleep. It was a simple matter to turn the shower valve fully to hot and after the water warmed, to reduce the temperature to a comfortable level. It would have been helpful to have this information in the room or in advance. Breakfast was a very light continental style of croissants, coffee, yogurt, juice and torte.
