When you arrive at the hotel you feel transported to a completely different age. The hotel was built over 100 years ago and is furnished accordingly. The hotel has a nice large terrace with a pool facing the sea, is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and service minded and the location is perfect in relation to both the water and the city. We missed the pool towels, the rest was as expected at a 4th rated hotel.

Wonderful staff, perfect location! A beautiful older elegeance hotel with modern amenities. If you are looking for a Hilton, look again, if you are looking for charm, a hint of days-gone-by elegant decor, with a kind and service-oriented staff, then you have found your Italian Adriatic experience. I admire the Hilton staff as I travel, but a tad robotic. This staff is geniune. No corporate-talk. How refreshing! Short walk to all things not-touristy. Been to San Francisco many times and it is lovely, but never left my heart there. I left my heart in Pesaro, Italy and, hopefully, will be back!

In its time this had to be one of the better hotels in Pesaro, however it is a little weather beaten, that said it is undergoing a lot of very expensive refurbishment. The staff are wonderful and the price offered is fair, the rooms are nice and of a high standard. Not the best hotel in town but OK. I think once the refurbishment is finished it will be much improved. Parking is an utter nightmare at the moment due to the refurbishment. Good breakfast spread but typical Italian. It is in a good location - plenty of bars etc.

Although a little tired around the edges - this hotel in its day must have been one of the best in town It is a little faded, but clean, good décor, great breakfast and nice staff However a little too pricey for what you get and the current standard

We booked this hotel 4 months ago, and wanted to stay at the best 5 star hotel in Pesaro. But when we arrived, the hotel had cancelled our reservation! They had sent an e-mail 3 hours before we arrived to ask for further credit card information, but since we were on the road driving towards Pesaro, we never received the e-mail. After a while, the receptionist managed to find a room, even if we were told the hotel was full. The hotel has a great location - close to the beach and the city center. The room was OK, the bed was OK and the bathroom was quite big. The shower was inside a bathtub and not very practical. The breakfast was very disapointing and not worthy of a 5 star hotel. There was very little hot food and 80 % of the breakfast was cakes and sweet treats. In the hotel info it says it has a spa area, but we were never informed about this. There were no bathrobe or slippers in the room, which I believe is "mandatory" in 5 star hotels. In 5 star hotels there is also usually both valet parking, butler and doorman and also a second houskeeping/nightly turndown and night lightning at the bathroom. None of these services and comforts were at the Grand Vittoria hotel. There were not any coffe machine or water boiler at the room either. There were no towels or service by the pool area and we had to bring our own towels. We stayed at the 3rd floor, which was named "Luxury floor", But when entering the other floors, it said "Luxury floor" on all of them also! This is an OK hotel, but when you book a 5 star hotel, you expect something extra, and this hotel does not provide this luxury feeling and comfort you would expect. For a 3 star hotel, this would be an ok experience.

Per visitare Pesaro ed i suoi dintorni, ho scelto questa bella e storica struttura, situata a poca distanza dal mare e dalla Piazza con la "palla" di Pomodoro. Nata nel 1908, ha accolto ed ospitato moltissime personalità, diventanto un punto di riferimento per molte di loro negli anni 20 e 30. Struttura antica ma rinnovata con stile, offre camere ampie e dotate di ogni confort. Bagno molto grande, piscina esterna e SPA a disposizione. Colazione sufficiente, forse l'unica cosa da migliorare nella scelta e nella qualità (oggi comunque da 7-). Sfortunati perchè il Comune ha permesso nel tempo la costruzione di due eco-mostri, di cui uno abbandonato, che oscurano la visuale del mare e della città. in circa 10-15' a piedi, si arriva alla porta di accesso della città. Da tenere presente sia per l'inverno che per l'estate.

Girando con amici ci siamo fermati in questo hotel.... Posizione molto bella vicino al mare hotel stile anni 70/80 accoglienza buona ma nessuno ha portato valigia in camera ....Da un 5 stelle si aspetta anche questi piccoli dettagli....Bar un po' cupo e difficile trovare qualcuno dietro al bancone...😬 . Camera Business semplice ma accogliente peccato che la dotazione da bagno molto scarsa solo bagnoschiuma ,shampoo , cuffia , spugna scarpe di solito si trova anche sapone, crema corpo,balsamo , kit Vanity , kit cucito ecc niente di tutto questo .... Ciabattine e accappatoio non disponibile in camera dovrebbe essere sempre presente in un hotel 5 stelle...🫣 . Colazione ottima e molto variegata... Speriamo in un miglioramento in futuro...👍
