Alice’s Garden is a breath of fresh air in the gorgeous city of Perugia. Located in the high town quite near the mini metro terminal stop, it is very convenient to all the sites with French doors looking out to a lovely garden for enjoying breakfast. Each room offers a fridge and possibility for making at least tea and coffee or even some basic meals, like pasta. Donatella the owner is delightful and very happy to help out with learning a bit of Italian. Rooms are comfy if not modern, and a great value for the price. We’ve stayed here twice and recommend it highly.

Sunny garden, spacious rooms, and very convenient. Donatella is a relaxed hostess, helpful without hovering. Funky decor feels a bit like an artist’s retreat. can be a little noisy, but the trade-off is you are a 5-minute walk to the escalator up to old town and the mini-metro through the mountain to the downtown. So easy: arrive on Trenitalia, walk about 50 yards to the minimetro, which you ride to Il Pincho (last) stop. Exit, turn right and you are a short walk to Il Giardina. The zona around your lodging has a wide range of eating, from locals like Storie and snooty Biribi. All good.

You are welcomed by the most helpful host, Donatella. From days before she was helping me plan our 3-day trip to Perugia and the near. This B&B is located very close to Centro Storico making it very easy to reach the centre of Perugia by foot. Donatella also offered a private parking for our car which is also located very nearby. The room is very cosy and well-sized. Will definetly return!

Oasi perfetta in centro a Perugia. La signora Donatella è ospite precisa, accogliente, consiglia escursioni, attività, ristoranti e negozi. Il B&B è vicinissimo alle scale mobili per il centro storico e museale. SUPER RACCOMANDATO. Il giardino è attrezzato ed accogliente- per riposarsi e pianificare la giornata.

Io e mio marito, abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura, situata in un ottima posizione e pochi passi dal centro storico di Perugia. Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, una signora gentile e disponibile che ci ha indicato punti di interesse e ristoranti dove potere mangiare. Per quanto riguarda la camera, non tanto carina e con una pulizia pessima. Alla mattina al risveglio, aprendo la porta per arieggiare, ci siamo ritrovati un gatto sopra al letto. Per quanto ci piacciano gli animali, purtroppo sono allergica al pelo del gatto e di conseguenza non sono stata bene. Per quando riguarda il pagamento, la proprietaria non disponeva di un Pos funzionante, fortunatamente avevamo contanti e siamo riusciti a pagare, oltretutto non aveva neanche il resto.

Siamo appena stati in questo carinissimo b&b e anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte con i nostri due bambini, abbiamo molto apprezzato la posizione strategica del b&b. Ubicato a poche centinaia di metri dal minimetro' del Pincetto è comodissimo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il cuore del centro storico di Perugia. Ottima struttura, abbiamo gradito molto la pulizia, la presebza di un bel giardino interno e la disponibilità della proprietaria Donatella che ci ha anche indicato due ottimi ristoranti: Al Mangiar Bene e il Giurista. Ottimo entrambi .Bed and breakfast super consigliato.

Io con la mia famiglia ci siamo stati solo per una notte. Camera bella e accogliente, vicino all'ascensore e scala mobile che porta in centro. Per il parcheggio, la signora ci ha dato il suo personale fuori dallo Ztl. Location consigliata. Lorena

Nous sommes venus en famille "Al Giardino di Alice" et avons passé un séjour merveilleux : accueil chaleureux par notre hôte, chambre accueillante et propre, jardinet charmant ou l'on prenait le petit déjeuner. Et tout ça, au début de la vieille ville basse, à 2 pas de tout. A recommander sans hésiter.
