Everything was broken or closed.
Bar = closed
Sink = broken
Spa = closed down
Reception = all staff go home and leave the hostel unattended.
Showers = poor, no curtains so everything is soaked.
Far from train station, uphill.
Could be a lot better with a little bit of work

Good value for money! Comfortable and pleasant structure. Kind and welcoming staff. It was not possible to have breakfast and the luggage storage service is paid.

We chose this small hotel in the historic center to host a group of relatives who arrived from outside the region. I must say everyone was very happy with the pleasant stay just a few steps from major services. Excellent structure and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I letti erano molto comodi e soprattutto permettevano di avere privacy e tranquillitá nonostante si fosse in una camera da 12 persone. Non ho usufruito della colazione personalmente ma ho potuto constatare che ne vale appieno il prezzo! La sala comune é molto comoda e funzionale. Perfetta la collocazione, si é praticamente al centro di Perugia e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi qualsiasi parte della cittá. Aggiungerei degli asciugamani in dotazione agli ospiti compresi nel prezzo. Inoltre le serrature di alcune camere e bagni erano rotte

Sono capitato a Perugia per lavoro per due giorni e ho prenotato una stanza privata in questo mini hotel in pieno centro. Gli spazi non sono quelli di una struttura classica ma ha il grande pregio di essere in prossimità di ogni servizio fondamentale. Un'ottima scoperta! E complimenti allo staff!

Ostello economico in posizione centrale. Camere e bagni moderni e puliti . Personale molto gentile, mi hanno consigliato cosa visitare e dove andare a cena. Sicuramente un riferimento sicuro per le prossime visite a Perugia! Ottimo anche per gruppi di amici
