We stayed here for about a week for our eldest child's soccer camp during our family trip. It is about 15 minutes by car from downtown Perugia, and the facilities and staff are really friendly. There is a safe underground parking lot and free electric car charging. There is a large shopping center nearby. There are coffee, pasta, and sushi restaurants right next door. There are various restaurants if you drive a little. It is also a hotel in a good location for getting around because it is close to tourist attractions and the highway is nearby.

Stayed for 2 nights while traveling in a rental car in Tuscany.
Arrived via Rome-Civita di Bagnorezzo-Orvieto and stayed for 1 night.
The next day, travel to Assisi and stay for one night.
Since I was planning to travel to Pienza the next day, it was a perfect base hotel... Clean and friendly hotel.

The location and there breakfast was very good, the room pretty small and smelly. There was no phone inside, so we had always to run down for requests, no wakeupcall. Too expensive for the quality , Sorry

For a stopover in Umbria and touring Assisi and Perugia it is a very good solution, outside the cities. Friendly staff and always ready to help. Spacious and modern room. Very convenient underground parking. Excellent restaurant Il Vizio where we had dinner. On the other hand, disappointing breakfast, hence the star removed, too bad....

A modern structure but a little dated (I would suggest some external improvements). Internally, the common areas and rooms are furnished with a modern and pleasant design. The rooms are medium in size, some have a slightly small bathroom.
