Bad experience, reservation for a triple confirmed via EMAIL, the reception staff at checkout not at check-in ... says they don't have a reservation for a triple but for a double.

Consistent quality, good location. Not bad breakfasts.

Third time I booked with them and this time I was also able to try the excellent swimming pool. Super breakfast, clean rooms and excellent service.

Quiet environment

We we're atleast 7 time in Italy, North and South parts of it, but never stay in such a nice hotel like this one!! Room size great. Bathroom size perfect. Clean and shine. Staff very very nice. Stayed there 3 nights,and loved it. For sure coming back!!

we booked a room with just little notice: but everything was just perfect. It was quite a challange to reach the destination as we missed the first turn, but there are visible indications along the route. The hotel offers free parking within the area. Staff is very kind and welcoming; check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are very comfortable and quite big very clean and comfortable. Tea set at your disposal was very appreciated. The bed was very very comfortable Bathroom quite big and very clean, fluffy towels! We stayed for dinner as well: it offers a nice chioce of dishes everything was very well cooked and presented; staff very careful and nice.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel in April 2024. Among the amenities of each room, in addition to the safe, WIFI, telephone, air conditioning and everything else, a "MINIBAR WITH WATER INCLUDED" would be included (see image). At the beginning I particularly appreciated the initiative, as I am in the habit of drinking a lot during the night and being aware of the prices usually applied by many hotels. Too bad that water (50 cl. per person) is actually only included on the day of arrival! From the second day onwards, if necessary, water must be purchased at the bar, at the modest sum of 2.50 euros for a half-litre bottle. As if that wasn't enough, on top of the damage there was also the insult: in fact, after my complaints regarding the illogicality of the rule applied compared to what was published on the hotel's website (evidently aware of the fact that I wasn't completely wrong), an employee of the reception assured me that I would also use the water in the days following the first one without any charge. A commitment which, as I feared, was then completely disregarded: the minibar remained desolately empty in the following days. Personally, in the meantime I solved the problem of my thirst with a quick stop at the supermarket, and 80 cents for two 1.5 liter bottles (nothing serious, but if I had known earlier I would have been better organised). To conclude: the hotel has the right to give away or sell food and drinks at the price it deems appropriate, but it has no right to mislead customers by using ambiguous formulas to say the least, with the result that a room can be also cost 10 euros more per night. In the future, I recommend replacing the wording "minibar with water included" with "free water on the day of arrival" or even "minibar with welcome bottle of water", or better yet don't write anything, the surprise will be appreciated . For the rest, nothing to say: large and quiet room, very comfortable bed, impeccable cleaning, good breakfast although it could be improved, restaurant staff always friendly and helpful; It's a shame to get lost in a glass, or rather in a bottle of water.

We were guests of this hotel due to the excellent credentials visible from customer reviews. I can only gladly add myself to the list. Ultra-convenient parking, absolutely strategic location of the structure both for its proximity to the major traffic arteries and for the easy accessibility of the center by taking advantage of the enormous Pian di Massiano car park and the mini-metro that leaves from there. From the first approach, the reception staff were extremely helpful and professional. Sufficiently spacious room, located in a very quiet area, without any annoying noise at night and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Clean and well-equipped bathroom with spacious shower. Since our package also included dinner, in addition to breakfast, we also had the opportunity to explore the catering part carefully. What can I say... we were 'pampered' by an accurate and never intrusive service, by excellent Umbrian wine, as well as by starters, main courses and desserts very well prepared and, above all, of excellent quality. Surely, when we return to these parts, we will remember "La Meridiana" well. Well done, keep it up!!

We stayed for one night in this property, a comfortable and spacious superior room. Excellent breakfast, various opportunities for choices, including croissants, cakes, tarts and the savory part. The structure is a stone's throw from Perugia. Fair price

Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the restaurant. Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Varied cuisine and abundant breakfast, with the possibility of seeing alternatives for intolerances. We have returned several times to this very convenient hotel with cars
