we booked a room with just little notice: but everything was just perfect. It was quite a challange to reach the destination as we missed the first turn, but there are visible indications along the route. The hotel offers free parking within the area. Staff is very kind and welcoming; check in was quick and smooth. Rooms are very comfortable and quite big very clean and comfortable. Tea set at your disposal was very appreciated. The bed was very very comfortable Bathroom quite big and very clean, fluffy towels! We stayed for dinner as well: it offers a nice chioce of dishes everything was very well cooked and presented; staff very careful and nice.

Large comfortable bed and room with ensuite - great breakfast service and good gym and pool on lower floor. There was a lovely terrace downstairs you could have drinks on was just a bit too wet and cold when we were there. Situated not far from the escalators up to the town

I have had a great experience in this hotel, starting with staff from the reception, breakfast room and clean room staff, all very gentle and careful to our requests. We are close to Assisi and the train station and bus ...lo extra advice and we will return to our next visit to Assisi.

The hotel is newly renovated and in a great location. Because we booked late our room was the most expensive with a terrace and Jacuzzi. However using it was complicated so we did not use it. The hotel is actually located on a pedestrian street but cars can drop you off and pick you up very close by. We highly recommend the hotel. The little train that takes you around Perugia is close by. We were very happy here.

In generale la struttura è un buon tre stelle. È a tema cioccolato, per cui nella Hall c'è uno store dedicato. Le camere hanno uno stile meno moderno, ma sono molto pulite. La mia camera tra l'altro aveva il parquet. Al 5o piano, oltre al ristorante, c'è una piscina e un solarium con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione.  Ottima la colazione...Tanta varietà di dolci e buona anche la parte salata.  Ottima anche l'organizzazione. Causa covid il buffet non è libero ma ti servono loro e, nonostante l'albergo fosse veramente pieno, tutto scorreva senza intoppi.  Lo staff tutto molto cortese, ma un ringraziamento particolare va alla ragazza bionda che serviva ai tavoli e che credo gestisse tutta la sala... Tanta professionalità e gentilezza. La location non è super centrale ma di fronte all'hotel c'è una fermata degli autobus, e con la macchina sono 5 minuti per raggiungere il centro.. A piedi non credo sia impossibile ma non ho provato, anche perché Perugia è una città che si sviluppa in altezza. Il parcheggio non è custodito, ma ci sono dei posti auto a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona è un po' infelice perché nei dintorni non c'è nulla, nemmeno per fare una passeggiata la sera.

I stayed at this hotel for a destination wedding that was taking place near by so it was nice to have a large group of people there to mingle with as this hotel is very small and very quiet, almost to quiet, unless you don't mind that kind of atmosphere. It was personally to ”in the middle of nowhere” for me and I would have only stayed maximum 2 nights if I had a choice. With that being said, it had a very historical authentic Italian village feel and was extremely well maintained. Very nice enchanting décor thought-out and very clean everywhere. The pool was small but nice and necessary as you can imagine in July how hot it was! The views from from the hotel were gorgeous as it is located on a hill in the countryside so you are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The sunset's were stunning! The food was quite good as well.

Nice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).
