An excellent hotel. Julia of the Dining Room is to be commended. The food was superb. As a vegetarian I have never had such a good selection of salads. There was always a vegetarian option as a main course. Sitting outside in the sunshine I enjoyed a glass of beer most days - Basil didn't even ask me what I wanted the last couple of days - he just smilingly supplied the beer! My friends revelled in the superb outdoor swimming pool, which also had a jacuzzi. This merged into the indoor swimming pool which was magnificent. An excellent selection of non-alcoholic dinks with meals, please try the non-alcoholic Hugo, beautifully presented. A return trip is definitely needed!

Tolles Familien-geführtes Hotel, in dem wir uns seit Jahren sehr wohl fühlen - daher kommen wir immer wieder gerne. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Küche und den Service im Restaurant (sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, war nicht jedes Jahr so). Danke und bis zum nächsten Winterurlaub!

Das Hotel Karlwirt liegt etwas oberhalb vom Achensee und hat eine sehr günstige Lage. Zum Ort und zum See sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, wir hatten einen Balkon mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Trotz zentraler Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Abendessen war sehr hochwertig, hervorragend und abwechslungsreich, egal ob Menü oder Buffet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man braucht, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Relaxen im Wellnessbereich nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung fanden wir auch an schönen Sommertagen besonders toll. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass es einen Pool für drinnen und draußen gibt, dazu noch die Möglichkeit zu saunieren und ein Dampfbad. Auch war der Wellnessbereiche nie überfüllt, sondern allenfalls angenehm frequentiert. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Hotel Karlwirt verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer: Wir hatten für unsere 5 köpfige Familie zwei Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre. Sehr geräumig, gut und modern ausgestattet. Alles bestens! Wellness: Das große Hallenbad samt (kleinerem) Aussenbecken ist sehr schön. Bestens! Frühstück/Abendessen: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Ebenso das Abendessen. Beides ist sicherlich nicht herausragend, aber gut. Personal: Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant wirkte es teilweise etwas unkoordiniert, da die Mitarbeitern regelmäßig mehrfach die gleichen Fragen stellten.

Wir sind als Gruppe im Karlwirt gewesen und jeder hatte separat Zimmer mit Halbpension gebucht. Aber es wurde verschiedene Halbpension Preis für die Zimmer abgerechnet. Auf die Nachfrage im check-in und nochmals im Check-out wieso einige unsere Freunde Mehrzahlen müssen für die Halbpension wurde extremst Unfreundlich und Arrogant NICHT auf dieses Anliegen eingangen. Solch Unfreundliches und freches Personal am Empfang habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir sind jedes Jahr am Achensee aber dieses Hotel Nie mehr wieder!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel mit Top-Leistung. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber, das Essen köstlich. Es gab jeden Tag eine reiche Vielfalt an ausgewählten Speisen hier auch ein Kompliment an den Koch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ein Traum. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Albergo 4 stelle in centro Pertisau in tipico stile tirolese. Struttura non nuova ma elegante e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite ristrutturata all'ultimo piano: camera ampia e molto curata. Zona wellness con piscina interna ed esterna, idromassaggio esterno, sauna finlandese e biosauna esterne raggiungibili con passeggiata sulla neve! Buona colazione, cena discreta (sempre eccezionale il buffet di verdure!). Con la mezza pensione inclusa merenda pomeridiana con bevande calde e dolci. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo per la zona.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub im Karlwirt verbracht und hatten dort wunderschöne Tage. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar- wir hatten ein Upgrade und durften in den Suiten wohnen, der Service und das Essen fantastisch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
