3-Star Hotels in Perth

The hotel is very bright, but it is not very convenient to make room changes. I booked on the app before, and when it came time to renew the room, the front desk always said that it should be renewed directly at the front desk, so there is no need to check in and check out, but in fact there is no difference. Renewing on the app still treats you as an old guest Treat, and will not give you a change of sheets and duvet cover or something. Until one day I booked the room for the same day, but because the schedule was very rushed, I couldn’t come back to live on that day, so I called the front desk to ask if the room could be cancelled or moved one day later, but the front desk responded that even if I can’t live, I have to pay the room The money was finally solved by the app customer service. Fortunately, I heard the app order that day, and the private transaction was scammed.

The staff is warm and friendly, this is the cheapest budget hotel in the CBD. Walking distance to various restaurants. The only negative aspect is that the hotel has no parking space and can't park on the side of the road, although during the day, safety is difficult to guarantee and expensive.

I don’t think this hotel is in the best part of town but it is fairly central and easy to walk to some of the sights in the CBD and about 10 minutes walk from the station. However I wouldn’t walk around here at night on my own. I checked in quite late in the evening after a long flight from the UK. I had booked a small queen room and it was small. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed, no wardrobe but two hooks with hangers on. There was a kettle, safe and fridge. The hotel website also mentioned a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests. What they did not tell me before I arrived was that there was building works going on in the hotel which started at 8 am. Not great when I was struggling with the UK / Australia time difference. It was quite noisy. The bed was really comfortable as there was a padded mattress topper. There was also air-con in the room which could be used to heat or cool the room. Although there was a mirror over the sink in the bathroom there was no mirror in the room with decent lighting to sort make up etc. out. There was a full length mirror near the door but not particularly well lit. The shower room was clean, with two large newish white towels provided. The water from the shower was hot, and decent pressure. It did leak a little under the door but not too much to become a problem. One of the issues with the room was noise control - I could clearly hear my neighbours raising and lowering the blind so there was definitely noise escape around the large windows. I was also woken during the night by one of the neighbours snoring loudly. And woken a few times each night by people returning to their rooms late. There is no restaurant for breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of cafes locally. I chose this hotel because it was priced competitively but would not have chosen it otherwise

We booked city lights because the reviews were quite positive. Location is in northbridge and has lots of Asian influenced restaurants surrounding it. - check out online states 8-11am, we were told 10am and had to pay a $100 deposit which wasn’t listed or written anywhere - the venue is filthy and our room was pretty gross. - when we opened the curtains old clothes including underwear where on the ground. -our aircon was shocking and struggled to be cool at all. Yes the venue is cheap but I do think the basics like cleanliness and aircon should be at an acceptable level. Would we stay again, No.

Stayed here three years ago just before the pandemic. I liked the set up, the price, the location, the free drink on arrival, the cleanliness, the wifi, and I disliked the noise of revellers on the street. Any hotel that has ear plugs next to the bed and a note asking guests to report noise disturbance clearly has a bit of an issue! Three years on, it’s pretty much the same, although I’m happy to report that noise was less of an issue this time, mostly thanks to the secondary glazing at the window. Last time, the seal was broken so it didn’t do its job. So - if you don’t mind a bit of noise, Nightcap is ideal.

I have stayed here twice in the last two months. Both times I was impressed with the cleanliness and the facilities offered. A close walk to the city centre. A block from lovely Hyde Park. Good parking is available and impressive cooking facilities. The pool is a lovely place during the hotter months and I was lucky enough to get rooms on the ground floor o just a hop, step and jump into the clean pool. The young lady on reception was very helpful. I asked for a phone number to contact them for future stays, as I have used accommodation websites before. I would prefer to deal directly with the hotel. I needed to go to Perth on 20th March- 2 weeks time. I tried the number that they gave me and went to message back. They did not return my call. Disappointed

Hotel location is very good from London Court, 700 meters walk, 10 minutes walk, parking is relatively limited, if you need to book in advance, the room is small but the function is still complete. In the city center, it should be difficult to find a better price-performance apartment. If there is still a chance in the future Come to Perth, this will be my first choice.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while on holiday in Perth. The location of this hotel is excellent, walking distance to shopping street and a large parking lot which is really a huge advantage. The hotel is located by the river so the view is good. The hotel is also very close to the Besworth taxi company. There is a supermarket in front of the car rental company that sells halal chicken. The room in the hotel was very clean, but for a few days our room was not cleaned. Also note that this hotel does not have an elevator. The reception staff at the hotel are very amiable and knowledgeable. They also booked a taxi service for us to travel.

The place is okay but far from what is advertised. The room was cosy although not clean with soap from from the previous occupant still in the shower and dirty floors and sticky walls. The room is in need of some serious maintenance. Wardrobe would be useful if it had hangers. The hallway ‘kitchen’ has only a microwave, kettle, fridge, tea/instant coffee. No bowls or cutlery etc or breakfast cereal as advertised. Overall the place is quite loud due to zero sound proofing so anyone hoping to use said kitchen will wake up the whole place. Could get a nicer cleaner hostel for the same price, choose wisely:)

Booked 4 nights into a superior apartment. Quite roomy and clean with single and double bed. Very handy to Perth and rail station. Free bus service City Cat blue stop at stop 6 about 5 minutes walk with IGA on way. The room was adequate and ground floor. Clean and very quite. Although advertised as kitchenette, this consisted of a table with a toaster, jug and micro. Adequate for me. Coffee making facilities advertised but first night no cups, glasses or cutlery in room, though lots of plates. No tea or coffee either. Next morning cleaner rectified on request. Small glitch but enjoyed my stay as value for money and ideal location.
