Very spacious one bedroomed apartment, which I only rented as an airport stopover. Staff were very helpful, and I was able to store luggage. Was spotlessly clean, but the carpets and decor were looking a little tired, in my opinion. Very central location, a short walk from the train station Sadly I couldn't get the bath to work but the shower was a great alternative..

Back to Adina again. Their premium two bedrooms apartment is so spacious and comfortable, that we do not want to leave. Reception is very helpful and friendly, will definitely come back again.

Great location – less than 10 minutes’ walk to Perth Train Station, Woolworths, and Murray Street. Very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby.
However, the housekeeping service could be improved as the room was not cleaned daily. I had to remind them to clear the rubbish and replace towels.
I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a dryer. The bed was too soft, and I would recommend upgrading the mattress for better comfort.
The apartment provides a good selection of teas and coffees, but basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste are not included.
Overall, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth, especially due to its close proximity to Perth Train Station.

Location is right in the centre, closed with a lot of dining places. Walking distance to the station and shopping centre. Need to refurbish as the carpet so old.

Good location in the city, not where the nightlife is, but where the main shopping is. Check in proccess was smooth. Kitchen utensils and cookware were all very clean. The only negative was the awful stench of the carpet and the tight carpark.

Convenience location, only 5 mins walk to Perth Station. Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. Hotel is tidy and the staff are nice and helpful.
