Great location, nice clean building and room. Amenities were great (microwave, toaster and kettle. There’s a laundry room for washing). Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay here again

Lovely staff. Great facilities. The only negative is that it’s in the City, so not much is open on Sundays. Apart from that, stayed twice and thought it was great.

The place is really good, good location and facility.
Nice spa bath and shower.
Staff friendly.
They lost Foxtrot Unicorn bar as an amenity, but it's down the road, it's a great bar though, highly recommend.
Pretty frustrating with the parking though, they really should own up and say they don't have parking, at least then you can plan ahead rather then the "oh yes first come best dressed" and when we turn up to park it was a 5 minute conversation on a terrible intercom, when all they needed to say is "there is no parking available"

Everything is very satisfactory. It is the first choice for bringing children. The space is larger than the hotel. You can cook, wash and dry clothes, and there is a bathtub for children to play. Even during Christmas, the room can be cleaned every day. I really recommend it. In addition, the front desk service is good. Because we landed late and ordered takeout before we arrived, the front desk helped to put it in the refrigerator in the room, which is very considerate. On the first night of check-in, I found that the toilet lid was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. Big thumbs up!
