Lovely staff. Great facilities. The only negative is that it’s in the City, so not much is open on Sundays. Apart from that, stayed twice and thought it was great.

The place is really good, good location and facility.
Nice spa bath and shower.
Staff friendly.
They lost Foxtrot Unicorn bar as an amenity, but it's down the road, it's a great bar though, highly recommend.
Pretty frustrating with the parking though, they really should own up and say they don't have parking, at least then you can plan ahead rather then the "oh yes first come best dressed" and when we turn up to park it was a 5 minute conversation on a terrible intercom, when all they needed to say is "there is no parking available"

It was much smaller than the room I booked. They said they had no rooms and changed it to me the next day. The service attitude was very poor. I booked the room two weeks ago. How could this happen?
