I love the location very much! Walkable to Elizabeth quay which takes only 15minutes walk. Very near to the bus stop for free CAT bus & near the town

Great place to live in as it was near the city and had many amenities around it. Francis, the receptionist that helped us was extremely friendly and helpful in the checking in and out process! Would visit this place again when I am back

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.

It was a good place to stay they are not too stressed out on check out times witch suits us perfectly.

The location is great, parking is free, but there is one drawback: the business hours are very short, 10:30-16:00 (or I can’t remember exactly around 16:30), which is... a bit embarrassing😓

The accommodation is like a rental house, not much like the accommodation, but it is included for those who have a low budget can sleep.

Very good location, clean, fully equipped, new and very comfortable.

The cooking utensils are complete, the long desk is convenient for placing items, and the light is sufficient

It's a bit far from the city center, but if you walk a little or use a cat appropriately, it's a good place to visit and it's clean and near the park. The downside is that there aren't many people at the front desk.

Suitable for a family of three

Friendly check-in staff. This is an older building but the rooms have been renovated and in comparison to recent 4 star hotels I've stayed at the room might not be to luxury standards but was modern and actually in better condition. The skirting boards mustn't be on the cleaner's list as the tops are quite dusty, made obvious because everything else was so clean. Room had everything you need and was quiet.
