The Ritz-Carlton, Perth

This is the worst Ritz-Carlton I've ever been to. The towels are dirty and old... The service staff is very nice, and parking is expensive, 70 Australian dollars a day 😂

It's in Elizabeth Quay, so it's good for a walk, has a great view, and the staff is friendly. The room is spacious and the interior is luxurious. Some of the disappointing things are that the shower water pressure was weak and the heater wind was too direct, so my eyes were cold. And the bathroom was so luxurious and had good storage, but I was surprised that there was no door in the shower. It was very cold when I showered because there was no door, and the dressing room was open and didn't have a door, so my clothes got damp. It was also a little disappointing that there was no sofa in the room. But overall, it was good.

We booked the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for the second time on our return trip. The front desk staff was very welcoming. I wanted a higher floor, and he immediately arranged it for us. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable, which allowed us to rest after playing. One minute before leaving the room, I saw a rainbow🌈

The environment was originally rated 5 points, but 0.5 was deducted because the floor was too low, the 6th floor, and the lounge was opposite. Because I stayed for 5 consecutive days, the hotel agreed to change to a higher floor after 2 days, but I was too lazy to pack my luggage, so I didn't change. The hotel facilities and decoration are very good. It is the most high-end hotel in Perth! Remember to request a high floor when booking
