For the price it's pretty good the only thing and they are no lift

The room is clean and tidy, spacious for my family of 5 adult and 1 infants. Location is superb good. Although no carpark provided, but there is public carpark (fee applied) near by.

Central location in the city. Room was clean and tidy with an adequate bathroom. Discount vouchers supplied for food and drink at the Belgian Beer Cafe.

Amazing location! Booked the hotel for 2 nights to attend Coldplay concert! Will book again once I’m back in Perth soon!

Everything is good, but it should have a small chair in the room will be better!

Stayed here three years ago just before the pandemic. I liked the set up, the price, the location, the free drink on arrival, the cleanliness, the wifi, and I disliked the noise of revellers on the street. Any hotel that has ear plugs next to the bed and a note asking guests to report noise disturbance clearly has a bit of an issue! Three years on, it’s pretty much the same, although I’m happy to report that noise was less of an issue this time, mostly thanks to the secondary glazing at the window. Last time, the seal was broken so it didn’t do its job. So - if you don’t mind a bit of noise, Nightcap is ideal.

I had booked through a third party and when I arrived there was no record of my booking. I’m future I’ll only book direct. The reception person appeared untrained (assumed covid staff shortages) but was very polite and courteous.

Was a peaceful clean, chilled vibe. Stuff where accommodating funny an thoughtful... The bed my god.... comfy comfy.... didn't want to leave it... clean an a very beautiful room..

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 in the morning and was given the wrong room due to the hotel's negligence! There were used towels and drunk mineral water in the wrong room! ! ! Although I later contacted the hotel service staff to change me to the room I originally booked, the other party was not very sincere and did not provide any compensation! Let’s talk about the sound insulation in the room. No wonder the earplugs are provided at the bedside, and the air conditioner is making so much noise! Not recommended! ! !

There are parking lots within 200 meters of Perth city centre. When you go out and turn right, there is a parking lot for a large van. Unlimited supply of mineral water for guests. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount on dining in the hotel beer hall and a free glass of wine per person. Breakfast is available next door with a meal coupon of 15 Australian dollars. The only drawback of the hotel is that there is no elevator. Fortunately, it is only on the second floor.

very good service. The flight arrived in the early morning, but there was still a late night reply and no one checked in. Just the parking is slightly unchanged. The room itself is comfortable to live in, but pay attention ⚠️ There is no elevator 🛗 escalator! Kudos to housekeeping for helping out with my huge suitcase the day I checked out! The food and milk provided in the room are delicious. The breakfast and coffee of the breakfast voucher is also a great experience! This makes me willing to stay again👀 There are also luxury jewelry streets nearby.

There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs, the location is convenient, but there are bars downstairs and nearby, but it feels safe, and the interior of the hotel is clean and spacious.

My husband, daughter and I stayed 3 nights over the long weekend. We were in room 1. The staff are very helpful and there is no lift being a heritage hotel, however they will help with bags if you need. We went into the pub and the young man took us upstairs. Kylie was very helpful checking us in. Our room was large with 2 separate bedrooms, a luggage and hanging room and a lovely bathroom. Towels are large and thick. Only odd thing is no tissues. You can't open the windows but the air con worked very well. There's tea coffee and a kettle and a fridge. Also cold water. Both bedrooms have a TV. Yes it is a bit noisy as they unfortunately have a smokers garden and room 1 is above that, but after it closes at midnight, it goes quiet. Our remedy for that was to have our tv on loudish. They also provide earplugs. The meals are very nice and big serves. You get 10% off too which is very nice of them. There's a convenience store opposite. His magesties car park 40 meters away too. We were very happy here and have booked again although the email was wrong in price to what we negotiated with Kylie and that's my only complaint, they don't seem to reply to email so I will have to call.
