Thanks Novotel for the nice experience. It was a very pleasant trip except my teen boy refuse to leave the room, bed & movie to travel around to see more of Perth.
The only thing that needs to feedback was when checking-in, there was a half drank bottle in the fridge.
Other then that, the front counter staffs & restaurants people are all very nice.

Last minute booking and was the best deal on trip.com. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the upkeep and cleanliness considering this hotel is quite old. The room was modern, fresh and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom is exceptional and very clean. The makeover they have done in the interior is extremely well executed and one would assume they were in a near new hotel. Customer service was fantastic and the check-in/out process simple and quick! Very secure with lift access only via room key. Lots of Car-parking at a reasonable price if needed. Would highly recommend

This was our second time to stay at the same hotel. We like the food in the hotel and it only takes 15 - 20 minutes walk to shopping area and the train station.
