Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

We stayed three nights in a spacious apartment with balcony on the second floor. The location was quiet and ideal for our attendance at the nearby RAC Arena. The staff were always cheerful and welcoming. Prompt assistance was provided without question when we reported there was a cooking odour from a nearby room. Good facilities. The shower flow was not strong and the hot/cold water temperature was a challenge to achieve.

Very nice stay. No disturbances, no fuss, no problems. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again for any future trips to Perth, either on business or with my family. Very clean. Good proximity to shops. Very good value for money.

A stately old building tastefully renovated. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of clothes storage. Bathroom and kitchen recently renovated. Washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds. 50 meters to free bus to central Perth, main rail station, WACA and Optus oval. Great staff who are helpful and friendly. If you are visiting Perth take the time to review the free Cat bus system (visit thr info booth in Murray Street, near Forrest Place).
