We stayed for 8 days and truly enjoyed our stay. Respnsive housekeeping service, clean room with nice waterfront view plus a good location very near Elizabeth Quay. The F&B Manager, Trung had been very hospitable and friendly during our daily hotel breakfast sessions. One suggestion is to have more variety in food choices for occupants on longer stays.

Both me and my son enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Although its more like a 'clubbing' area, I feel it is still safe and I have a child with me. And its just two of us. Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely return again!

The hotel lobby is beautiful, worthy of 5 stars. there are very handy automatic doors to help you navigate with luggage, the staff help with check-in plus new auto check-in machines to make the process quicker. Free apple juice was a nice touch after a long journey. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Parking for the night at $20 was great and the parking lot is spacious. The rooms are very functional and comfortable with everything you need, plus clean and light. This hotel punches well above its star rating and we will definitely return.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Perth Central Station. The room facilities and decoration are good, but it is a bit inconvenient for Chinese tourists that there are no slippers. Breakfast is ordered, with a main course, coffee and juice, which is good not to waste

Im staying here for 4 nites . Everything good here , close to city n CAT bus . Many restaurants around & only walking distance to city / mall . Homeless people are around the hotel but the hotel main door is locked for their guests safety . The cafe attached served good breakfast n can have 10% discount . Ill stay here again for next visit

Ritz-Carlton is usually my first choice. It is elegant, tasteful and beautiful. It is located on the Swan Lake and faces the Swan Tower. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery without leaving the house. But there is one thing I have not encountered in other Ritz-Carlton hotels. The air-conditioning outlet of the room on the first night was located above the bed and the noise was very loud. I did not sleep well all night. Of course, I told them the next day and they changed me to another room. In addition, the washbasin in the bathroom is far away from the mirror, and the room is very dark. It is difficult to see clearly when washing and putting on makeup. Details are the high-quality service! The breakfast is very rich and delicious!
